The lady I spoke to on the telephone was friendly, professional and very helpful as I am not great with modern technology. Everything was carried out precisely as I requested.
It was so nice to actually speak to a human rather than a chatbot!!

Had difficulty setting up new account online. Contacted help centre and after a few communications online the bank phoned me and sorted out the account over the phone.

The bank staff were very helpful in making the investment
The bank staff were very helpful in overcoming the frustrating faults in the data collection screens (which I trust are being reviewed).
We have invested a total of £16.000 in a Fixed Term bond - but it would be nice to have some acknowledgement of receipt!

Just transferred an ISA from UTB. The customer support was second to none. I would have reinvested if only the interest rates currently on offer were a little more favourable.
