This company is a scam. Please do not use them. They want me to take down my bad review before I get my deposit back. I have text messages and proofs that this company is a scam. They tell you one price and then increase it four times more. This is a scam company. Please be aware. I just report them to BBB, Zelle through Wells Fargo, UDOT and FMCSA. Please don't trust them. They say one thing to get your deposit and then when it come to the shipping date they increase the price and say it market value price. Don't fall for their scam. Then they won't give you back your deposit if you don't take down your negative review. Leo Murphy and his manger is a scam artist.

UPDATE: Jason Lee, I am told has been let go for his misrepresentations. The company has also refunded my money. Management contacted me several times to apologize, which I appreciate. Ultimately, I ended up using a private driver and paying twice as much, but the price never changed from beginning to end. I think the clients need to understand that these companies are BROKERS who all have access to the same information. They are agreeing to a price and then trying to negotiate that price from the drivers. I recommend NOT PAYING DEPOSITS because the fine print says it isn't refundable. I also recommend that there be much more regulation of this industry so the public is aware of how this all works. In other words, this business is NOT A SCAM. They are doing what is legally permissible but that is what is actually the problem. What brokers do is LEGAL; it's just not in the best interest of the customer. I am updating this review because of the actions the company took to correct the issue.

The company and specifically Jason Lee is a SCAM. After confirming your order for one price and date -and insisting that you send a deposit via Zelle to 917-539-7949 (a different number from their (667) 300-2333 phone number, they claim to not be able to ship at the agreed upon price, while still insisting the ship date will remain the same, Jason Lee will then tell you that the price has more than doubled and the shipping date for your vehicle has also changed. Then, when you decide this won't work because every material detail of your agreement has been altered, Jason Lee then sends you an email stating that you owe $200 for a non-refundable fee. I've reported them to BBB, FTC, Zelle through WellsFargo, the UDOT, and the FMCSA. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.

USA TRAXX and Mr Harris are a scam. I gave them a deposit to transport my vehicle and everything was fine up until a day and a half before shipping. They ghosted me!!! They stopped responding to my texts and stopped taking my calls. I want my money back! I had to scramble less than 12 hours before my flight took off
