This company doesn’t have any drivers. They work through a network to find drivers and if it so happens that your delivery time frame doesn’t fit the drivers time frame, they want to charge you over what the quote was. They do reply relatively quickly to requests, but can’t satisfy contracts in a timely manner. It had been a week and no movement with my delivery. Another company was hired and the same day picked up my vehicle and delivered it.

Everything was Good. They did ship my vehicle. I am happy at the end. Their staff is very polite and nice.
Waiting to ship again from these guys with affordable price.

BEWARE! They practice bait & switch, as much as doubling the cost they committed to. They wait until the last minute to line up driver so if you don’t agree to the increased price you have no time to make other arrangements. The response was, if you want it at the price quoted then pack your car, leave it on the street with the keys for 3 days and it will be picked up. Not acceptable. I am reporting to DOT, and every place I can to warn people. Go direct with carriers, they are honest and it will cost you less.
They are not reputable and will take advantage of people they place in a vulnerable position
I have filed a report with Dept of Transportation against USA Trax. I recommend anyone with a complaint do the same. No one wants to be investigated by the DOT.
Also, the names on all these positive reviews are suspicious. Go to Yelp - virtually no positive reviews.

Dishonest. They quote you low, take your deposit, then lie to you can never deliver the vehicle and never refund the deposit. USA Trax is a scam operation!

This is a classic bait-and-switch operation. They offer you an "all-inclusive" quote which is reasonable, then, after you sign a contract, double the price for the delivery of vehicle. It's simply dishonest, and as far as I can tell, there is no regulation of this industry. After some delays, my car did arrive in good condition, for which I'm thankful.

I would not even contact them for a quote. They continue to text and call me regarding shipping my vehicles. I have blocked their number yet they will contact me from a different number. I have responded to them via text message and called and spoke with them was assured they removed from their list yet they continue to contact me.

The WORST scammers in the history of vehicle shipping. They quoted a price and I received a text from Ben confirming it was a guaranteed price. Then Ben disappeared and I had to chase after him a number of times to get a confirmation that a trucker had been set up. No response. Then, I get a response from another guy, saying Ben was in an accident, so he is taking over and has a trucker ready to pick up the vehicle at THREE TIMES THE AGREED PRICE. I said no and told him I was cancelling the order and going elsewhere. Instead of canceling the order, USA TRAX then continued to try to negotiate with the trucker, who had already signed with another broker. The trucker then called me and told me that he had placed the bid with USA Trax, who TRIPPLED his price to make a larger broker fee. He had not changed his bid. I again told USA TRAX to cancel the order, but now they called me and started to yell at me and demand that I do business with them because they found the trucker and got him to agree to ship the vehicle. I again told them that I FIRED USA TRAX and went with another broker that didn't try to up their broker fee. Then, USA Trax refused to refund me the deposit, claiming that I violated the contract with them by doing business with another broker, even though I only contacted the other broker AFTER I FIRED USA TRAX for tripling the bid.

Terrible experience. Bait and switch price, next to no communication through the WEEK of waiting for them to actually pick up my car. Then they tried to change the agreed upon pick up date without notifying me or the other party. Steer clear of these guys.

This is the worst, I should have done more research on this company, US Trax! Alex Johns Sale and Ben Hills Manager Scammers! I booked an order to ship my car, but no one ever showed up, when I did get someone, they kept changing the price of the delivery fee!! I will reach out and send emails, but no response No correspondent, Quiet as a mouse! Now after texting and letting them know how unprofessional this has been and finally getting them on the phone, they became argumentative on the phone. Scamming company. Fake reviews, whoever is saying that this is a good place to use! Why lie? What are you getting from this? I work hard for my money! This is a review Warning! Customer service is horrible and very misleading.

Reviews are fake. Beware

Big scammers and big liars. They promised a specific price and charged me $200 deposit after that everything changed and they started to compromise and ask for more money and they never showed up. I will never do business with this company they are thieves and big scammers.

i had a pleasure experience with This company. really good I really appreciate it. and Tom is really good guy he helped me a lot going through the process.

Total scammers. I was dealing with a guy who claimed his name is Jason Lee. Very confident that is not his real name. In any case. He PROMISED a guaranteed price. I have multiple e-mails from him with this claim. So, I gave a $150 deposit. As soon as he had the deposit the story changed. He promised me almost daily that the car would be picked up and then made excuse after excuse and of course did the old bait and switch on the price. I refused to go over the guaranteed promised prince and then 3 weeks later was forced to rent a trailer and go get the car myself. 16 hour round trip. He then promised I would get my refund and specifically said "we are not going to keep your money". Total LIAR Do not do business with this company. I am so angry about this unscrupulous scammer that I am doing everything I can to warn others. The company was a good as its word (and its previous great reviews) especially the guy name Tom. He helped me throughout the process very clear. I had to ship a Car from Dallas to Philly. Was scared of dishonest scammers in this business, but decided to go with USA Trax LLC. The service was excellent. Car reached at destination in time and in the same shape as at pick up. No dents/ scratches, no extra mileage. Tom sent me picture at loading and not delivery. Rate was higher than few cheapest online offers, but it is worth. No bargaining at delivery like many scammers do. Will definitely recommend their service.

I am so proud of myself that I took a chance and trusted Leo to assist me transport my car from Colorado to Seattle. I was skeptical and afraid for my car but Leo was able to gimme the best driver, very fair price and kept kept communication open with me till my car was safely delivered to my sister without a scratch! I totally appreciate his genuine and unwavering effort to serve me so professionally! I usually never do reviews but I feel would be withholding much needed help to someone who might not be sure who to contact if I don't review Leo and so here I am spending my most valuable time on him as he did for me!
