Service parfait

The actual shipping and packing was phenomenal but I was paid 20 EUR less than the amount quoted. When I logged in, everything says the bike was accepted and checked out according to the description. It was already a low quote so the additional deduction without explanation is concerning.

SUPER EXPERIENCE CLIENT

I bought a cargobike in Juli last year from Upway. I had some problems with the bike after using it for around 8 months. I contacted the support team and got in touch with Dieuwke. She was very professional and tried to resolve the problem with me. After two weeks te problem was still not fixed and that's when Dieuwke told me that they would take back the bike and give me a refund. I got a full refund from the bike. Because of there professionalism I decided to buy a new bike from Upway. I'm very happy with their customer support. Dieuwke tried everything to help us as fast as she could.

I would recommend this shop, they are very friendly and professional.

I purchased a 2022 Gazelle Ultimate C380+ from Upway and I am very happy with the service and product I received. The bike had which had been very carefully packaged arrived in perfect condition and ahead of the scheduled delivery date. As a first time buyer, I am positively impressed with the service provided by Upway and I would not hesitate to make another purchase from them or recommend them to potential buyers.

Prompt and courteous responses from everyone and I got paid right away.

Actually I haven't made a purchase yet....I'm waiting for Father's Day. I will buy the Velotric T1 ST Plus. I'm so stoked to get a great eBike at the Upway price! I've also been looking at Tenway and Tern, but have decided on the Velotric. Kevin 5/28/2026

It was a bit more difficult to assemble that expected. Never having put on brake pedals before, I was unaware that one side tightened by turning counterclockwise the opposite of life's experience in tightening things. You might put that in the instructions. Other than that it is as advertised.

The bike was not well prepared. For this kind of price, you could make an effort.

Good communication but tools whzre missing in the box

We had to return / exchange our bikes as we changed our mind on the 1st shipment. The return/exchange process was a bit slow…longer than the time they stated. Then I let them know we had a sense of urgency to receive the new bikes. I was assured the bikes would be shipped in 2 days for sure. This was not the case. Customer service stopped communicating a bit during this time. They got our return on 4/28 but didn’t send out our exchanged bikes until 5/13/26. We left town on 5/14 ( which I communicated the timeline to them). We haven’t even been able to open the box to try our bikes. We left town for a month. Not so happy about that service or the follow up! I hope my bikes work and they were shipped and delivered in good condition as I didn’t have a chance to review the bikes.

Easy buy, easy chat, easy shipping !

The delivery of the bike rook more than 1 month while it was supposed to be 10 days. Bike arrived dirty with lose parts...no signs of the maintenance they were supposed to do....

Very easy to deal with and did not low ball me at all on their offer for my 24 e-bike. And paid very quickly as well. So much better than dealing with low-ball offers from private parties on online forums.

I bought a beautiful family cargo e-bike from these guys, it’s wonderful.

I have never experienced better customer service in my life, they are extremely friendly, helpful and they send their emails from service@ ot noreply @ so when you actually email them they answer!

Sarah has reimbursed me the costs of a scratch that I had to fix in a bike I bought! I can’t express how helpful she was. Thank you!!
