I phoned up asking for advice about what to do when someone you share accommodation with has been officially diagnosed as having scabies. The receptionist who answered me was extremely blunt and uninterested. She said “it’s recommended if you’ve been in close contact with someone to get treated”, and it was said as if she was reading out of a textbook/script. That was all she said then ended that conversation, when I needed more personalised advice, as in what actually counts as close contact etc. It was awful advice, very blunt and vague, and made me non the wiser.

They made the transportation very easy and were very professional with caring hands. Would recommend them for sure..

I most say am very impressed with Unity Healthcare especially with Piyush Kavade who has been very patient and encouraging everything he comes to the phone.

My consultant Piyush Parvade have done excellently well. He is very focused and always show interest in getting shifts for me. He is a good listener and always update you on shift progress and more also very apologetic for any mistake. He is kind hearted.

I have been working for Unity for over a year now- after hit and miss communication and slow shift bookings with previous consultants initially, I now have the amazing Courtney! Courtney always checks in on you, makes you feel valued and works hard to find bookings for you! Courtney always goes above and beyond to make sure us Nurses have a positive experience working for Unity. I always get paid on time, the rates are good- sadly they've recently gone down following a national cut implemented by the Government to cap all agency pay!

My experience with Unity so far has been great. I was introduced to Unity by a colleague after a few let- downs. I am with an absolutely excellent Consultant called Courtney. I admire her communication skills, her professional dedication, her down to earth personality, as well as her positive attitude and stance. She gets things done, she listens and workes with you. They always booked me based on my availability, and when the shift is available as well. Also, one of my consultants ( Mr Matthew) made it as a duty to always called to check on my progress at my working place(s). I have recommended the agency to many people who became a staff also.
