Needed last minute accommodation and they helped me a lot even though there were limited options due to time. Good communication and service.

Had to last minute find a place and they were absolutely amazing at organising it and keeping me updated. They reply instantly and answer all of my queries. I recommend!

Not sure why Unilodgers is saying "We usually don’t work like this" when several others on this page myself included have still not received the vouchers promised to us. I was initially told I would get it within 3 months of filling out the request. I waited three months and no response. I guess I was little naive for believing this in the first place. I have emailed several times since and I am just told someone will get back to me. Im going to continue to leave negative reviews until this is dealt with and I have taken it up with Cloud Student Homes. Not sure why it is taking them so long to issue a voucher if they do this regularly. looks awful either way as they are either being deceitful or they are just unbelievably incompetent.

*Update - since my post I have no response regarding the voucher and I have asked to raise a complaint or speak to a manager. I get no response each time I ask. I really hope for your sake you do not actually have a voucher team because I have waited months for this so they must be sitting around all day doing nothing.

Was having trouble completing my application and unilodgers team guided me so nicely and they were patient with me throughout the process. So five stars ⭐️

My experience with unilodgers was amazing, especially because i had a bad experience with a couple of other services first (i didn't have the sense to use unilodgers at first ) and i saw how other services worked, compared to how the team at unilodgers works. They helped me sort out my accommodation within a DAY, which is something others couldn't do in 10 days. They're swift, dedicated and really kind, going the extra mile to make sure you're happy with where you stay. I'd like to put in a special mention for Jaspreet , who's a rockstar !!

Accommodation booked was great although description somewhat out of date, no coffee shop. Booked with Uni lodgers (with Sept 20 start) as they were offering a £200 Amazon voucher which my son has never received despite numerous chats on line and emails. No one ever replies or takes ownership of my issue. I am still trying to secure vouchers.

You asked me to 'share booking details' with you so someone on your team could 'take this up on priority'. I am not sharing personal details on this platform so have tried to contact you.....

Over the last week I have called your UK office several times and got no reply, on then occasion the phone was picked up the person on the other end didn't speak and put the phone down. I've also emailed the one email address I can find and have had no reply.

Now a year on and still waiting for the Amazon vouchers.

How do I contact you????? Frustrating is an understatement.

Update - 3 weeks later

Unilodgers still haven't responded to my request. Customer services uncontactable. How do I contact you to resolve my complaint? 14 months on and still no resolution to my initial complaint.

very good experience, good accompaniment and good reactivity

i love how the team is hands on and helpful towards everything and the needs. the only issue I got was that I couldn't contact the UK office but the us office as well as the whatsaap personal chat with advisor is extremely helpful.

The property was available online took
My deposit to whatsapp me later in the day saying it was not available. Now i want a refund and it can take up to 10-15 days
This is the only money i had to put a deposit down for my accommodation and i meant to start on the 20th.
Ridiculous! Tried to call them and cannot speak to a person, only through emails and whatsapp.
I am stressed and this is affecting my anxiety so much!!

Horrible. I was promised a £100 voucher when i booked with them. It has been 8 months now, i am moving out of the place and still no voucher.

Provides efficient and quick response and guides properly.

Extremely supportive and kind, strongly recommended, especially if you are out of time.

I would not be giving one star but I had to for the review. The booking process has been a nightmare. When booking I asked for a bronze en-suite for 39 weeks and they have taken the deposit and booked me for a silver en suite for 51 weeks and I can’t even afford it. They have been extremely difficult to deal with and I feel as though they haven’t been understanding that I am a student who cannot pay that cost. All of this due to the online portal not working I had to communicate on my phone through their team member. It only looks as if they want to take money for no reason and not give what the student requires.

Not only do they have almost all of the main student accommodation providers on their website where you can search based on several factors like your universities location but there are also agents from the company that message you directly and provide you with options based on your requirements. Makes life so much easier, will definitely use again. They also have one of the best offers on their website with many discount codes.

The response from the team was very fast. Communication 10/10. My advisor was very helpful. Overall i am happy using the unilodgers.
