Amazing service

If anyone is looking to play slots AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS. I've played slots for years and years, every single UK site going,and this is hands down the most disgusting,rigged , shameless garbage you'll ever deposit into, you are never in profit when you deposit, yif your spinning 20ps, it genuinely mignt take you £200+ to get a bonus even if your switching slots, and whencyou do they dont pay or return. It's literally burning your money. Go to mrq , betvcitor, anywhere else in the world of UK gambling apart from this site. It is the absolute WORST.

I played a casino game over 1000 spins and no bonus so contacted support and asked is this normal 1000 spins and no bonus ? Response was this happens sometimes ...so carried on playing and after 1900 spins got bonus which paid 50x must be worst site in my experience...please avoid this site

Unibet offers a quick and efficient logging in process, easy navigation of the site, the bonus offers could be better and more tailored but the regularity of wins has been really good for me so far. One of my favourite sites!

Welcome offer was a load of shit. bet £10 earn 200 free spins. completely fine, it definitely took more than £10 to give me my spins but i got on with it. after my 200 spins i earned a fine amount and went to withdraw only to find that shit was under ‘bonus cash’. great. they want you to deposit £10 for the chance to win frick all. it got to the point i was trying to get rid of all the ‘bonus money’ so i could write this review. complete bullshit welcome offer where you have to stake all your winnings from 200 free spins you paid for just to lose it all because this % bar determines what you walk away with. this is why you stick to bet365, PP, betfair, skybet.

Easy to navigate no problems with any aspects of the system

I used unibet occasionally for a year and then when I used them as my main bookie and started winning they suspended my account and won’t let me withdraw any of my money. I then through looking online found lots of people had similar experiences. Then after a long time they reached out to me to ask for extra documents even though I was already verified so I uploaded them anyway and was told it would be looked at within X amount of working days and it has gone post that period of time and they still haven’t been looked at and verified so I can bet and withdraw or declined and asked for more at least just nothing but silence. Live chat are useless and say you can’t speak to anybody and it will be looked at eventually. Messaging members of staff on community help forums ends up with them ignoring you. It’s a sneaky thing they’ve put in their T&C’s so they can keep your money if you do well.
