This company, advertised on Instagram, is a scam selling low-quality items at inflated prices. All website photos are photoshopped, and shipments originate from China. I purchased a baby girl dress with a promised delivery timeline for Christmas, but it didn't arrive on time. The quality is shockingly poor and unsafe for a 3-year-old. Despite requesting a return and refund, the support team provides excuses, offering only partial credit and encouraging further purchases. 😡😡😡

Order initially placed November 20 for assortment of children's Christmas clothes. Website stated that orders would arrive roughly 15 days after, using internationally recognized mixed carriers. Contacted company Dec 3 to inquire into status, as the shipping company used was an unknown China delivery company and had stopped providing updates as of Nov 30. Requested assurance that any reshipment would arrive by December 8. Company responded by saying original shipment had been lost and provided new tracking number without any guarantee of delivery date. Same unknown shipping company.

Order arrived December 13... But with two items missing. Emailed company to notify them of missing items and requested refund for missing items. Was told that refunds not possible after items shipped. Replied to clarify that a refund was being requested only for the missing items (usd$40). No response.

Emailed again to follow up on the refund on December 23, received reply Dec 24 that shipment had been lost (note that no tracking number had been provided with regards to the two missing items at an by point in time). Pointed out that I had not been advised that the two missing items were coming in a separate order as no tracking number had ever been provided, and that I was requesting a refund.

Received reply December 25 with a tracking number, shipping history shows items were senttt out on December 13, the day I notified them if the missing items and requested a refund.

A case has been opened with PayPal since December 13, to date the company has yet to respond.

If it was possible to give less than 1 star...

no confirmation mail, no mail about shipping. I had to search contact with the helpdesk and ask about my order. It is 1 month now and I still haven't received anything. I will never buy here again.
