I was unsure where to start with accommodation, but Neha Kambli patiently guided me through the entire process and helped me choose the right place with confidence. Very grateful and highly recommend this service.

Literally the worst experience i had with UNIACC, if you guys really value your time & money- dont go ahead with these agents, they are the worst- even their managers dont care at all. Ive paid the booking form fees and later my booking was cancelled, and i still havent got the refund even after being promised within 10 days, its being 20 days now.

The ones asking me what exactly happened, heres the story:-
Very disappointing experience with UNIACCO. The agents were responsive only before payment. I paid AUD 200 as a booking fee after being told the room was confirmed and that I’d receive the contract within 3 days. After payment, communication dropped completely.

After 5 days, the manager Neha informed me the booking was cancelled and asked me to contact the original agent, who then became unresponsive and gave excuses instead of providing support or redirecting me to another agent.

I even reached out to their sales team via LinkedIn (Ayush Mangwani) and received no response. I was later told I’d get a refund, but it’s been 20+ days and I still haven’t received it despite daily follow-ups.

Poor communication, no accountability. I strongly recommend using other accommodation agents and avoiding UNIACCO.

Extremely unprofessional. A scam of a service company and it’s to a ridiculous extent.
An agent I was put through to was asking for my password! Repetitively! Even when I explained so many times that it is a breech of security. I ended up asking for my refund back so I could just give it straight to the accommodation myself, which in fact was quicker and simpler so I should’ve gone through the process straight through with the accommodation in the first place.

This agent told me I’d receive my refund in 1 week, it has now been 3 and I’m getting ridiculous replies with constant excuses of “sorry for the late reply I was on leave” “so sorry I was on leave yesterday” “I was a bit occupied with work I have missed the message” “I was not available as it was weeks off”. All of which was clearly a lie.

On top of that, I sent a formal complaint email to the company itself which I was given a reply within under an hour which was clearly an automated reply exposing they’re “sorry for inconvenience” (not referring to any of my complaint) and that matters will be “investigated” which also hasn’t happened. I will have to take this matter outside of the company to my bank as well as a complaint with consumer authorities.

Any reply given by the company to this review will also be their automated reply. They won’t do anything. It’s all a scam with some ridiculous employees.

Fast response and help was flawless . I really think that this type of process should be managed just as the instructor Jehan did it. By staying there anytime and feeling comfortable by asking and calling whenever you need to and have doubts .

They promised cashback but they never gave it to me, truly disapointing. They only chase to get you booking with them, afterwards, they never respond and conveniently forget the promises they made. Don't trust Priyansh Mevada.

This is the first time my son will be studying in Sydney, so we had no idea how to find a good accommodation. UniAcco suggested several accommodations within our budget, so it was quite helpful.

Extremely fast and efficient service. They guided me through the entire process smoothly and without any issues

I was struggling to book a room but they made my life much easier since they booked and did everything for me.

There was great communication and a lot of support from Tanmay and Yash.

My experience with UniAcco was highly satisfactory. Jay, in particular, provided exceptional assistance throughout the entire process, from initial accommodation selection to the completion of all necessary documentation.

The person who helped me, Ayesh Hasmi, was very helpful and informative. I was able to complete the process flawlessly with their help.

Uniacco guided me in best way and with best offers. Special mention for Simran ma'am and Tanmay sir, both helped me a lot with providing great properties collaborating my specifications.

Uniacco really helped me with finding the best accommodation in the UK,we approached as a group of 10 students to Uniacco to find our best stay. Mr.Abhishek Dharnidharka clearly explained us with all the best options available and we boys really had a great experience till we booked the accommodation we had opted. I really thank Mr.Abhishek Dharnidharka and Uniacco for guiding me and my friends in finding out the best student accommodation.

The staff at UniAcco (Neelima and Prabhu) were extremely helpful with contacting the property for me. Their responses were extremely fast and they were more than happy to provide me with any assistance I needed. I will definitely make sure to use UniAcco to book my accommodation for the next academic year.
