The UniAcco team that were assigned to us have been extremely helpful and supportive in helping us find my sons’new home away from home while he is at uni. Overall a very unprofessional service
Overall a very unprofessional service. They did not book my room for me even after I had filled out the form and paid £50.
The price they told me about rooms and then the price I was told I was to pay differed drastically. The staff are uninformed of their properties and told me misinformation. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Book through accommodation websites themselves.

Efficient and quick response rate in terms of booking, and also accommodation isn’t as bad as would be expected! If your a Leeds uni student it’s not too far from some of the Leeds universities which is efficient.

Perfect Student Accommodation Process with UniAcco
I was searching for student accommodation in Edinburgh and found Gorgie via Google. Ayush from UniAcco immediately reached out. Initially skeptical, I had many questions, but Ayush was incredibly informative, professional, and patient. He guided me through every step—from scheduling the viewing appointment to successfully securing the space. As an international student, securing good housing abroad is incredibly challenging, but the support I received from Ayush made this entire transition surprisingly easy.

I had a pathetic experience with…
I had a pathetic experience with Uniacco.
First, their agent wasted a lot of my time while trying to book a room. Secondly, the due diligence regarding room availability was extremely poor. When we were booking an accommodation, there was no response from the property, and I had to come to Southampton that same week. I was told I could even book the room in person, but when I actually went there, I was informed that the accommodation was under reconstruction and there were no rooms available. Because of this, I had to arrange temporary accommodation on my own.
The same thing happened again when I asked the agent to find another accommodation for me. I was told there were no rooms available, and when I asked them to call and confirm, they claimed they already had. I ended up calling the accommodation myself, confirmed availability, and booked the room on my own—then informed the agent afterwards. They still took credit for it, and I didn’t complain since I was promised a £200 cashback, which I never received.
Once the room was booked, the agent completely ignored me. I called every day, but never got a reply. Later, I contacted another member of their team, who told me I could request the cashback by emailing their manager and writing a positive Trustpilot review about their “good service.” I did both, but then I got a message from the manager saying the cashback would arrive by December.
My check-in was in June, and I checked out in September, so saying it’ll come by December is absolutely absurd. I was originally told it would arrive by August, but now it’s clear they were just lying.
I strongly advise everyone not to book through Uniacco. They are a total scam. I still have not received anything from these scamsters.
