The Ultradries are by far the best I have ever had. Yes, I did have to wait a long time for delivery to Australia but after trying two other brands, similar price, these are just so much better.

Keeping me updated on my order.

My order says they were sent April 4 and now it is April 11 and still not got. Please rush . I’m tired of waiting . I think I placed an order the first week of march. Yes i get notes all the time but no product. Please, please, please.

The product may be fit for purpose but the refund policy is not. The company offers discounts for bulk buys but will not refund for discounts over 20%. This is completely unreasonable and illogical as they offer free replacements for items that do not fit. I would not buy from them again

I had ordered a pack of six pants so that I could save on buying disposable pads which I use daily. My goods came and was impressed by quality, however they didn't fit very well, so I e mailed to ask if I could exchange them for a smaller size, the staff went above and beyond what I expected, so thank you so much for your help in answering my questions and arranging my replacements,

I ordered correct size(so I thought) but should have gone smaller!
Customer care very helpful & arranged a one time free replacements of appropriate size according to company promise. No quibble & no return required.

I like the product, when I eventually received them ... 12 weeks later.
BUT my virus protection keeps on telling me the site is malisous and any email, ever a reply to their email, states that there is no email with their address

I was very pleased with the ordering process and the ability to communicate with a representative, to meet my needs. I explained that I needed my order by a certain date. She kindly expedited the delivery at no extra charge! I received it one day before my trip!! I love their underware and reusable pads. They are just as advertised. I will continue to Oder products from them.

Excellent quality and well constructed garments. The sizing was generous, which meant I needed a smaller size. Emma, was very gracious and arranged a replacement immediately with no need to return the larger size. I will donate the them to someone else. I have used the booster pads which I found were excellent . They work just as well as the disposable continence pads . In these uncertain times it reassuring to know that I will no longer have to rely on shopping at the supermarket for my continence aids. Delivery took 2-3 weeks which is acceptable given the issues with supply chains, economic upheaval and world wide instability.
It is refreshing to deal with a company from the other side of the world who are reliable, courteous, and efficient amidst challeging times. Iam 76yrs old and live in the soutern regions of Australia.
I highly recommend this company and appreciate their excellent customer service.

Skeptical at first because I’ve been burned by cheap copies before. These are genuine quality, and you can feel the difference immediately.

Product doesn’t meet claims made in promotion.

Been looking for something like this for years. Finally found it. Delivery took about 3 weeks to Wales but no issues.

I ordered product from Ultradries in December 2025. After many email enquires to date l have not received product nor a refund. Have had many conflicting reasons but no action . This company acts in unethical unprofessional manner and needs to be investigated . My mistake was not to have read reviews before placing order. Other reviews tell of many others dealings.

First they sent pants which were far too large. I asked to return for a refund and sent back to China. It cost me £20 to return. When I tracked the parcel was in China at customs. Yesterday the parcel was returned to me.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDALENT COMPANY.

Ok so I really really want to give this 5* the product is fantastic!!! however it took ages for the product to arrive and all I got was what seemed to be autobot replies. Then I was told I was being sent my money back then I was told I was getting a extra fast delivery free. It was chaios. But the product woks I have heavy leakage and use the knickers with their pads. not once have i leaked through! and if Im at home I just use the knicker and change them half way through the day. Dont let the robot answers put you off. expect to wait for your delivery but enjoy not wearing horrible pads.

Well,they finally arrived after a 6week wait,12of those days were with Yodel.There very well made,but when I put them on the crutch was baggy.I’m a 22,so ordered 20/22, they were a little big.I got in touch with Laura,and she said as a one off,she would order the smaller size,free of charge,which she has done.I like many others thought it was a scam,but I’m glad I persevered.They look good,and feel good,even though a little baggy

First, this product is awesome. I don't know what magic they have but Ultradries have changed my life. The construction of this product makes so much sense, assuring the confidence of going out & not being worried about accidents, makes me feel like a new woman. The sizes run true to size. I wasn't sure, so I ordered two sizes larger, & they are absolutely two sizes larger. The customer service is amazing, emailing, they responded the next day with a solution & now I'm waiting for the exchange. Customer service was so nice & professional. I only purchase from competent businesses & Ultradries is on the top of my approved and very happy list. You will not regret your purchase & wish you found this sooner.

My original order got lost, but the team at Ultradries generated a new order at no cost to me, and stayed in touch until I got my replacement. In an age of little or no customer service, I was very impressed by their speed at getting back to me with answers to my queries. A special thanks to Laura for this help!

I overpaid on my order in early February 2026. Ultradries agreed to a refund of $100.05.
Not only did I not receive my goods for over a month, I still don't have my credit whisk now has been for over 6 weeks.
The company responds quickly to me emails with broken promises.
I am very unhappy with this experience.
