I was nervous ordering because of the wait but Emma in customer service was so lovely and kept me in the loop. When they arrived I put them on and nearly cried. That's how good they are.

I swore I would never buy something that comes from china again. I have learned my lesson. No more ordering junk online. When you look at where the company is , it’s located in Wyoming. I ordered by mistake the booster pads and immediately contacted the company to remove the pads. They did so. I have been talking to a Laura many times. They are all talk and no action. Plus I have not received the panties. My Order was supposed to arrive yesterday. March 6 2026. Nope, no package and no refund. Buyer beware!!!!!!

Finally found something that works. I've been through every pad brand on the market and none of them were comfortable. These feel like normal underwear. Took about 3 weeks but absolutely worth it.

I would recommend Ultradies to any one yes I had to wait but it was well worth it I love my ultra dries I have been wearing another brand of I continence pants for yrs but ultradries are superior to them I will continue to buy from ultradries and will recommend to others and I wish them all the best

Extremely slow shipping. Was returned and supposedly shipped to current address but still have not received them and have never received any shipping updates. This started in November 2025 and it's now March 2026. I have requested a refund but been ignored.

ordered Jan 20 2026 It is now March 4 2025 and still not here I explained I needed them asap they keep promising they are on route here but they do not come I do not even know HOW they are coming or where from. I'm so disappointed in this company I hate to turn them in as fraud or scammers if they are legit but they are not giving me a choice

Ordered on 5th Feb 2026, delivered 3rd Mar 2026 (Australia). My mum says they fit and feel fine. Only had them for a few days.
Once ordered there was more than three weeks delay in shipping. It got to the stage I though I'd been scammed and contacted my credit card provider to initiate a claim. Constantly contacting Ultradries (Laura - no idea if AI or real person) for update. Some emails were responded to.
On the whole, felt misleading as no message anywhere on website or as part of purchasing experience to identify possible shipping delay, then incredibly frustrating chasing up constantly. I would imagine this would be terribly stressful and distressing for an older person.
Summary: purchase with the full awareness of weeks of shipping/delivery delay. Read and absorb the mixed and varied reviews on Trustpilot. They're all people's individual experiences. Whether Ultradries are indeed a small company trying really really hard, or they're a drop-shipping slick marketing online shopfront, I don't know. But go in with your eyes open. Don't rely on urgent order fulfillment.
I can't yet comment on the product performance in terms of comfort, absorbancy, or longevity. Mum's reasonably happy in the few days since delivery.

Am awaiting a refund since 6th September 2025 of £59.95. Have contacted them daily and receive the following automated email

Absolutely terrible customer service

Told my sister and two friends about these. We're all converts now. Good product good service. About 3 weeks delivery each.

None of that synthetic rubbish. These are real cotton and you can tell. Takes a bit longer to arrive but quality takes time.

They stood behind their guarantee and let me exchange the size that was too big, no questions asked.

I have been charged 3 times instead of for one order on the 2nd of february.not happy .I am a pensioner.so hard to get in touch about refunds.i have received nothing. 3 amounts of $186.28 $144.89 and $134.54. please refund these amounts on my visa. Very disappointed in lack of feedback.

I am really pleased with my Ultradries, they really are better than the other brands. unfortunately mine were a little big and I didn't feel confident wearing them out of the house. But I contacted Ultradries and they are replacing with a smaller size, what fabulous service. thank you

Had nothing but trouble from this site. My order took 2 months to arrive after I complained the 9 days had been and gone. They owe me a refund of £59.99 that I'm still waiting for and I get the same response back every time. I'm sick of them. I have never had any trouble with any company but this one. Well don't ask for a refund as you won't be getting it back. Best NOT to order off this company at all. Stay away.

I was a little unsure after I had ordered my ultradries because of the way the product was advertised. The way I read it was that it was an Australian product and produced in Australia. When I realised it wasn’t and hadn’t heard anything except for order confirmation, I was a bit worried that I had been scammed! I emailed Laura at ultradries customer care and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She replied promptly to my emails and assured me she was following my order and sent me an email to say my order was on its way and even sent me a discount card to reward my patience. The undies are soft and comfortable and do not look or feel like incontinence undies. This is a truthful review.

While I did not get the size ordered, they were quick to respond and resolve -- very happy with the customer service

Not even 1 star. Tried to return well within 30 days, notified Ultradries but they didn’t collect them from customs. Goods returned to me after 2 months of following up, saying ‘unclaimed’ and at my considerable expense. Cost me a fortune and no reimbursement. DO NOT TOUCH THEM!

I wanted to mark five stars but the time it took to receive my order was not good. The customer service folks are very helpful and apologized for the delay in shipping. I will do business with Ultradries again.
