I must write to thank Ultra Decking for a great ordering experience along with quality composite decking and composite Fencing. From start to finish everything was perfect. Great choices and designs. Can’t thank Jake enough for all his help ordering and working out quantities. My first experience using Composite materials. Great video to help me through it, really enjoyed the experience. So 5 stars from me, thank you. Great company with friendly staff.

I purchased composite cladding easily on the website.
It was delivered on the date they had emailed to me.
The cladding is of good quality and has been easy to work with.

Bought and paid in full 18th May 2023. Great price a simple order, two sets of 6 foot composite panels for inserting into concrete posts. One set delivered after six weeks. Chased and chased for missing set, they delivered it, still missing top and bottom rails and one board damaged. It's now 16th August still not received missing parts or replacement board. Great prices, such a shame it's so painful trying to get a complete order.
No doubt they will respond asking me for invoice number... its 39379.
I have given up phoning and emailing. Just glad I had not spent a significant amount of money with these guys.

Started out great until delivery. Order was missing 10 boards on delivery. Spoke to countless people from courier to office staff and was promised a call back which never happened so called again. Given another delivery date to replace missing items which came and went and no delivery. Emails went unanswered until I spoke to customer service and stated that if I don’t have a delivery then I’ll persue a refund using my credit card company. Upshot- delivery made but the 10 boards delivered are a totally different design to the others!!! ( I’ll make it work because quite frankly I can’t be arsed with their incompetence ! )I certainly wouldn’t use them again and I’d recommend others not to either. Shocking experience and I’m really surprised they’re in business considering their inability.

Ordered decking worth £1000+ with express delivery of 3-7 working days. Wrote email, no answer. After 3 weeks and 6, 7 phone calls they delivered part of it. I rang and they said that the rest of it is out of stock. They did not bothered to inform me when I was ringing to chase it.
I would not recommend it.

I purchased both decking and the fence panel kit for concrete posts. I’m so impressed with the quality of the product and the price. I had to wait a few weeks for the delivery but it was well worth it. If you are still undecided about making a purchase don’t be, you’ll not regret it especially at the prices ultradecking are offering. I will definitely be putting another order in for some more fencing👍🏻 Big shout out to Jack for his customer care!!

I got a great deal in the ultra decking sale about 50% off compared to other providers, they arrived earlier than planned and all checked by the driver and myself. The composite is of good standard, was easy to cut and just slotted together easy peasy inside the fence post plastic sides supplied. 3 months later all is good no warping or discolouring. The only markings come from the birds and is easy to wipe and hose the whole thing down. Great work ultradeck team. Would recommend to all.

Placed my order last Wednesday and received delivery today. Website makes ordering easy to understand and 20% discount was an added bonus. Courier service were prompt, helpful and cheerful.

Have just purchased composite decking today, not only is it excellent quality, it was also a great price, along with an extra 20% off due to a sale that was on so absolutely delighted with the price that it came in at. Toby, who we spoke to couldn’t have been any more helpful and went above and beyond by calling me a couple of hours later to say that we could now have it delivered earlier than we thought! Fantastic service and will definitely be recommending to others. Thanks again Toby and can’t wait to get our new decking! A 5 star service indeed!

Placed an order online. Stock was available - a total cost of £299.98. I was ordered for self pickup but I received the phone call from company that they can deliver at my home address free of cost. Its really surprised and great news for me.

Also I mentioned that our order deliver before the expected date. Other Peoples can buy and trust this company

Placed an order online. Stock was available and I paid extra for express delivery - a total of £1650
Was emailed a day later to say stock was not available for 2 months.
I then asked for a refund, which is where the fun has begun
No confirmed refund but case is passed to a "manager" who is apparently calling
I advise not to use this company

Ordered cladding , paid for it £1365, waited and waited , I rung them and they said they didn’t have my cladding in stock ? / why take my order then /

Customa service is bad , they are rude ,

Finally made an agreement to have an upgrade , that they still didn’t have in stock lol ,

Anyway long story short I might as well have ordered my own cladding direct from china , this company are rubbish don’t use them , it was stressful from day one , as soon as they have your money , I nearly canceled , but spoke to a manager who made some sence and I gave them another chance , it arrived , one broken piece , but I’m glad to put this experience behind me.

Called to ask questions prior to purchase, excellent advice and service from the team before ordering online. Collected a few days later with a booked timed slot, my order was checked over by Sam who assured everything was as it should be.

I wanted to build a composite deck and looked at the prices on the more mainstream suppliers, but then found Ultradecking which came in quite a bit cheaper. I told them the size of deck and they calculated the number of boards I needed which was bang on.
I was very impressed with the quality and service I received and the deck looks great.

Received a great service, good communications, great price and brilliant customer care from Jack…. I’ll be using again soon for another garden project. Thanks again👍

Disgusting placed order on the 18th June been advised it will now be delivered on the 25th July!!! Stay away customer service shambles none existent. On website states normal deliveries are between 10-14 days. I wouldn't recommend at all. Nasty company.
