Ryan did an excellent job cleaning the windows and it was so good that we have booked to have them cleaned regularly. I was a bit doubtful when he told us that the windows would dry with no streaks as UKwindowclean use filtered water. But seeing is believing and they really shone, much better than the traditional ladder and dirty water method. many thanks

Have used this company for many years and can honestly say they are terrific, all the lads are pleasant polite and cant do enough to ensure your property is left gleaming, even in our area by the coast the windows get covered in sand but the Windows are always spotless after their visit. My windows are exceptionally clean and shining after a very nice young man Stephen cleaned them thoroughly on Monday. I am so very happy with the care given to ensure my gleaming windows and sills. Very impressed with the service I received. First time of using this company which offered a free window clean as a trial. The clean was carried out extremely professionally. So much so, that I took advantage of their repeat window clean service and have also booked to have our gutters and soffits cleaned. Thanks again.

Had guttering and windows cleaned ready for selling the house. So pleased with the results as the front and back doors were both looking like new, with all the dirt and cobwebs removed along with the windowsills. The price was reasonable due to effort put in the work. Booking was quick and easy and any problems I had were settled promptly. Thank you for a great service.

I agreed to a free window clean and even checked that this wasn't a trick and that i was not going to get charged and they confirmed i would not. I have the message. I then got home one day to find a paper invoice for £12.50 for a window clean. The windows were slightly less dirty but not clean. But more importantly, there was a charge when i signed up to a free clean. I've since been harrassed by them by letter, email, text, saying i owe them money, threatening debt collectors on me and today apparently i owe £75. This business is set up to send out lots of 'you owe us' letters to see who bites. And to make up the numbers of what customers owe hoping for the best because their customers are feeling scared. Terrible way to run a business. I do not owe you any money. Please stop this or i will report you to Action Fraud and Trading standards.

The window cleaning itself was great—I came home to spotless windows, which I really appreciated! However, both times they came, I wasn’t home, and there was some initial confusion about my flat’s location, which I had to clarify over the phone. It would be really helpful if they could send a text or email before coming so I can plan to be home, or at least be aware of their arrival.

That said, the cleaning was well done, and I’m happy with the results. A little more coordination would make the service even better.

Great window cleaning and very accomodating

It's good that sills and frames are included in the clean, but too expensive to have it done on a regular basis.
