Very poor communication

Very poor communication. You do an online consultancy and pay for meds on 10 June, then get an unlear email on 11 June "Your Subscription has been cancelled" with no explanation at all.

Have ordered from them for a few years…

Have ordered from them for a few years but I ordered blood pressure medication last week still not been sent out to me yet sent 4 emails not 1 response disappointing.
Unsure if I will use again

Not Impressed

Order sent to address not used for past 4 years. Contacted Customer Services in an attempt to rectify but still waiting a response.
Attached letter to account stating Dr has spoken with me is false as no contact at all.
Do not recommend setting up a subscription.

A great pharmacy

Have been using UKMeds for some time now, they always deliver a great service, fast delivery, etc. Only improvement would be for them to allow subscriptions to save going through the same Q's each time.

Extremely slow shipping

Ordered an urgent prescription on Tuesday, selected the premium shipping service which they claimed to deliver by the next day. Now it’s Saturday and the parcel is still in transit by Yodel via the Post. Such a bad service. Even royal mail 2nd mail is faster. Will never use this website again.

I have asked for 10 Miligram Ramipril…

I have asked for 10 Miligram Ramipril numerous times and they keep saying "out of stock and keep sending me 1.25mg only ! Surely by now after nearly two months they should have 10 Miligram back in stock !

do not rely on UK Meds delivery times.

I placed the order on Wednesday 27th May after 2pm, I paid for the next day delivery, I did not expect the delivery till Friday due to ordering time on Wednesday, but delivery delivery didn't arrive till Saturday, just mentioning this because if like me & going away for the weekend on Friday night, please don't rely on their next day delivery, you may end up going with out your prescription until you return.
