Don't buy Ryobi

I seriously regret buying from Ryobi. Their customer service (Mark) is a nightmare; the site is impossible to navigate through emails or their actual website. I just wanted to pay to get my drill repaired, but getting a straight answer is like pulling teeth.

The drill clicks instead of working, and all they ask for is proof of purchase I no longer have, despite me clearly stating I’m happy to pay for the repair. Weeks of back-and-forth and zero solutions later, and I’m left frustrated, out of pocket, and seriously reconsidering every Ryobi product I’ve ever owned.

Honestly, avoid Ryobi if you value your time and sanity.

So much easier than with my old mower.

Delivery was very quick. Set up was easy and I, cut both my front and back lawns, it was so simple. I have a tree in the middle of my front lawn and with my old electric mower I got in a terrible tangle with the cable, I breezed throug this with the Ryobi battery powered mower. The grass cutter tidied up really well.

Superb Experience.

I got some really good discounts on the site. The tools arrived really early (about 3 days early), well packaged and delivery was straightforward with a small time-slot.
The nail gun is superb, as is the fast charger and battery. Not sure how I managed without one before.

Very happy with the service and will no doubt expand into the Ryobi ecosphere.
