Very good tool.One complaint.The instructions for removing the cleaning wheel with pictures instead of written instructions is very unclear especially like myself who is an O.A.P.of advancing years who needs more clear instructions.I tried to find out on line,but all the models shown were the ones showing the removal of the whole cleaning unit.Very confusing

I was surprised to see it was only 33cm as advertised at 43cm the height adjustment isn’t strong enough to move with ease and the battery didn’t last long when cutting on the shortest level

Change your delivery people
Change your delivery people. I have not yet received my item it has been sent back to you , they gave me a window for delivery then changed it an hour before . So next delivery I changed to my neighbour , number2 Somerset drive and they tried to to deliver to me I have the photo they sent me and the confirmation that it would be delivered to my neighbour . So I’ve never seen my item let alone tried it .

Bought the jet washer/scrubber about 6 weeks ago.
Went to use it yesterday and it did not work.
First Ryobi tool I bought, I have emailed customer Services but no acknowledgement of receipt. Just wondering how long I should wait before chasing.

I just love Ryobi 18v tools. They are such good quality tools. The ordering and delivery is seamless, with regular delivery updates and the 3 year warranty is great, although I have had many Ryobi tools for many years and never had any problem with any of them. Very reliable and highly recommended.

I ordered one of you products and it was sent by you with a promise of receipt within a week. The courier lied , first say it was delivered with no verification by image then saying I wasn’t in . All lies as I was in and we have a dog that goes mad when anyone comes near the house . Now I have to go through the same process again and both your company and the courier have taken NO responsibility for my wasted time

Excellent tools
I recently made the switch to the Ryobi system, and I'm really glad that I did. The 18v HP+ brushless drill driver and multi-tool are brilliant - powerful, efficient, and excellent value for the price. I have a DeWalt combi drill, and I honestly prefer the Ryobi.
You might hear some power tool purists and tradies telling you to choose the more premium brands like DeWalt and Milwaukee, but if you're a home DIY-er, or even a professional looking for a good range of tools at a decent price, I think Ryobi is a really solid choice.
