Ryobi don’t rush when they have your money
The battery leaf blower/vacuum provides me with all I need to maintain my garden in a good way but as far as autumn hasn’t yet arrived its durability has to be established. The really sad thing that has to be told is that ryobi takes your money on the day of ordering but then takes its time finding a delivery courier who once notified of my product we’re on it straight away as I was kept informed every step of the way by them and they had it to me the next day. It just seemed to take ryobi 3 days to think about sending it to me after I’d paid for it.

Good machine, but balance needs improving
This is the second hedge trimmer that I have ordered from Ryobi. They are basically good machines, but their balance and on/off switch position have not well thought through. There is no reason why these could not be moved forward to improve the ergonomic balance of the trimmers

Tools first class .delivery driver…
Tools first class .delivery driver could not do enough big well done there. Issue bought items on line but no confirmation email to ensure order was being processed. Contacted customer services who could not find order after extensive checks .thought I had been scammed so wasted time contacting bank only to receive email from dpd informing me of delivery

I was trying to contact your customer…
I was trying to contact your customer service as you had the incorrect address it took 3 attempts for DPD to deliver it and when I tried to assemble the strimmer the guard keeps failing of as there are two screws missing that hold it in place.
