Treadmill arrived but did not work
Treadmill arrived but did not work. Delivery guys were great - but could not be redelivered for another week which was very disappointing, particularly as had to take a day off work for the delivery.

Very good experience. Would recommend.
Purchased a box-damaged cross trainer online. Used the chat function to ask questions and got my answers. Payment was easy and I got a receipt immediately. Delivery was well informed and the delivery company did everything they said they would and brought the 93kg box into the conservatory as requested. Very pleased with purchase. It literally was just the box that was dusty and ripped a bit. Product inside was well protected and in perfect condition.

Horizon t101 treadmill
As soon as I made payment a representative was on the phone arranging delivery. TGE T101 TREADMILL arrived about 2 weeks later and was assembled in less than an hour. The delivery lads gave me a demo of it and some maintenance advice. I have used it 4 times and so far it's been great will be going on again later today. If I need any more fitness equipment I will be purchasing from this company as their customer service has been excellent.

Poor Customer Service
Very disappointed with my after sales experience. When constructing my cross trainer on the day of delivery a part broke. When phoning the help desk they promised that a replacement part would be sent. However I had no confirmation of when the part was due to arrive. When contacting the help desk, I discovered they had the wrong email. I was then informed that part had been dispatched on the 18/04/2024, however nothing arrived. After another phone call and another promise that the part had left the warehouse and would be arriving by Saturday 27/04/2024, still nothing has arrived. Extremely disappointed as my Saturday has been wasted waiting for a part to arrive.
High quality, great service
High quality item, great service by delivery team who had assembled and placed in requested location. Slight disappointment that there's nothing in the manual explaining how to activate the bluetooth and connect it to app, but figured this out fairly quickly (if you have an exercise bike, get pedalling and the bluetooth will activate automatically. Also check the battery doesn't need changing). Overall very happy with the item and service- just as promised

Treadmill delivered not working
Johnson has now made contact and have offered to replace product which we are delighted with. Have raised from 1 to 3 stars as we still have a dead treadmill in our lounge. Will raise to 5 stars once have new kit. Faults happen. It’s how a supplier deals with them that matters.
Treadmill delivered not working. Was told would get call next day with details of when engineer would come. Nothing yet. Early days and ultimately wouldn’t ordinarily give review until supplier had opportunity to put things right however they sent the survey.
Will update when either fixed or rejected.

Experience has exceeded all expectations
Really impressed with the Johnson Fitness team from start to finish. The sales rep was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly without being pushy, and once we'd made our purchase the customer service and delivery team were amazing. Fantastic communication, quick delivery - I really can't fault the experience, and the treadmill itself has exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended.

Think product is good.
Think product is good. Pleased with the build. The delivery crew should have passed in some information regarding upkeep particularly regarding the method to lubricate the belt. Needed to look up the method on line. Accepted details given in the brief manual but nothing is better

Great prices, quality and service
I purchased a treadmill from this company, the price was far less than anywhere else, the quality was fantastic and it is really nice to use. Johnson Fitness delivered and fitted it at no extra cost. I shall check their site out when searching for fitness purchases in future.

After receiving the correct email for this company in response to my review. I contacted them as they requested and I can't fault the response I received and the speed in which they sent me a replacement product. I have now updated my review as it was unfortunate that I was initially given the wrong email address.
