Delivery and installation time is really poor. Bought a £1500+ treadmill on 26th May and it will not be delivered and installed until 20th June. There was only one earlier date free and it is the only date we could not receive it unfortunately.

I placed an order a few weeks ago and…
I placed an order a few weeks ago and heard nothing from you regarding when an engineer would be able to come out to fit a new running belt and service our machine. I had to send another email to ask the question, i was told the belt is now in stock and still haven't been offered a fitting date. Not happy with the service at all, always takes ages to respond to my emails!

LOL I always expect to be ripped off and i gave them a hard time about a few things! But their service continued to be excellent and the product is great! They have handled all my fears with calm and good attitude!

Terrible customer service
Ordered paid for a Membrane and Overlay for a Livestrong running machine in the early part of the year. I was eventually sent payment link on 5th March 2025. I paid for both the overlay and membrane. The overlay has been delivered and I am still waiting for the membrane.
I have emailed customer support with no response and rang on several occasions and have got no where. Terrible customer service.
Great service
My purchase was easy and all the communication regarding delivery, from the lady who organised the date and time to the men who delivered it, was great. When it arrived the delivery men put it exactly where we wanted it and set it up and running for us.

Poor service poor quality and not fit…
Poor service poor quality and not fit for purpose bought an elliptical machine A50 with less than two years in. Update came in after finishing the update all my workout data lost and the icons show grey. Matrix refused to correct the fault from WiFi update. Buy from Argos quality better and after sales meet the consumer rights.

Impressive excellent service & customer care
We purchased a Horizon 7.0AT treadmill in November. Purposely sourced for user max weight capacity. The build quality is excellent—frame is sturdy & solid. Does everything and more than we want it to do. Used daily by us. Last week we encountered a problem with the digital display when switching it on. All the lights were illuminated & the machine would not run. Telephoned Johnson Fitness & Wellness explained the issue we were encountering, the operative was very helpful & explained we needed to speak to the digital diagnostics technician who would call us either later that afternoon or the following morning as he was engaged on a call. Less them 30 minutes later Adrian the technician called us. After listening to our problem he advised he need to run through some diagnostic checks with the machine. He talked us through various actions which we performed to identify the issue. As a result whilst on the call he emailed a software update which we installed under his guidance. This resolved the issue! The call lasted 40 minutes with Adrian during which time he was not only professional but extremely patient & friendly giving clear guidance & instructions to us. Thank you Adrian!
Very impressive excellent service & customer care. We highly recommend this company.

Excellent service, very good experience.
Excellent service. Great price for the equipment. In stock and availble for delivery. I asked a question via webchat and was given an answer promptly. Delivery options were given quickly and I was able to select a delivery date that suited me. The delivery company contacted me to confirm delivery and delivery was conducted at the specified date and time.
On unpacking I found that the item I asked if it was included via webchat was not present. I contacted customer services and enquired as to why it was not present, explaining I had inclusion confirmed via webchat. I was told they would make enquiries and return my call. This they did within 1 hour and was told that the information I was given was incorrect, however because they could confirm I was given that information they came up with an offer to resolve this which was acceptable to myself. This item was delivered within 4 days. Great customer service, most companies would have "sorry the info you were told was incorrect" and not offered an acceptable solution.
This demonstrates a company that cares about their customers and the service they provide.

Great service and communication. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 was that you kept sending emails offering a further 5% off the item in my basket only to then tell me that this didn’t apply to the item in my basket!!

Horizon Fitness are almost a secret in…
Horizon Fitness are almost a secret in the treadmill world. Their products are extremely high quality and come with great guarantees but maybe aren’t quite as ‘cool’ as TechGym or Peloton but they are a third of the price!! This is our second Horizon treadmill and is amazing - we love it.
