Poor unit quality and bad customer service

When opened the packed I see pieces of broken plastics which are related to unit. The power socket was broken and hanging out. I reached out customer service with all details and pictures, No response from the team. Frankly not at all impressed with quality and customer experience after spending so much on the unit. Trying to reach them to return the unit.

Rubbish customer service

We purchased a treadmill before Christmas 2025 - when it was delivered one of the end caps was damaged in transit. No drama I thought, I took some pictures, and emailed their customer service within 48 hours of delivery.

Everything seemed to be going well, they where helpful and said they would ship a replacement part (this was confirmed as being sorted),

2 weeks later and no part, so I contacted them and they said they would investigate.

heard nothing back, follow up emails where ignored and now we are end of Feb and still nothing

This is a replacement machine for another elliptical machine that I had purchased. The customer support team are fantastic. I am happy with the swap.

Treadmill replacement belt

Made contact with the company to request a new belt for my treadmill. They were quick to respond checking if it was still within warranty, which is wasn't. They were then quick to provide a price and sent the belt promptly once payment was received via an easy to use link. The price was very reasonable too. The belt arrived as promised following messages to update on the delivery schedule.

Few stinky reviews on here so felt…

Few stinky reviews on here so felt compelled to say ordered a Matrix bench yesterday that’s absolutely amazing delivery was so fast I have already trained on it the price was the lowest around and the transaction simple and efficient gym equipment within 24 hours is hard to match but they did it well done. 10/10

Poor customer service

Poor customer service - two missed deliveries, no assistance from Johnson. No sign off the treadmill almost two weeks after purchase.

Poor, wouldn’t recommend.

I ordered on the 13th December with Christmas delivery advertised. Only option for Christmas delivery was the 24th December so I took this. This delivery failed, and so did the rebooked date at the start of January. I escalated to Johnson but don’t feel they really took the matter seriously (i.e. hold the delivery company to account / use a reliable company). I was offered a neck massager as compensation - I didn’t want this, I just wanted a treadmill. I then contacted them to arrange cancellation and refund, this took about a week to process - not sure why when money transfers are instant (and they were more than able to take my money immediately when I placed the order). Poor all round, wish I’d gone with one or the more tried and trusted UK suppliers of treadmills as I wasted a month on this order.
