Our collection lead times are up to 5-7 working days as advertised, which does not include weekends and bank holidays. I can see your order was ready and collected within 5 working days. Honestly - absolutely rubbish
Honestly a shame. I’m a trade customer and never experienced such a load of waffle! I will stay away in future. Customer service is appalling. 6 weeks waiting for an order, I call, and every time I’m told I will call back with an update. That’s 8 times now and nothing. 4 failed delivery dates. £3000 later, still nothing and not even an apology.. and… all staff are the same. They do not offer solutions or apologies.

all fine
there was some initial confusion over whether what I needed was stock or special order, but once that was sorted we were fine. Rather than have delivery to site we collected from the mill at Brigstock, and that all worked fine.

I have ordered lots of azobe hard wood…
I have ordered lots of azobe hard wood sleepers over the kast ɖekaɖeka for lts of garden projects snd really gd. This time needed 4 x simple 1.2m x 150x150 oak posts for tension wire fence. Picked up locally. All gd as normal.

Beautiful piece of timber!
We wanted a rustic mantle for above a wood burner. Good choice of timber, competitive price and easy to order on line. Couple of weeks for delivery and was kept informed. Received a beautiful piece of timber which we just oiled and it looks great in place.

Could do better
Did not know ow when delivery was going to be unless x2 days away from delivery date.
And
Quality of x2 sleepers was poor (well beyond knots etc) and x2 sleeps showed signs of previous wood worm. Other sleepers were good but varied in thickness by up tp 10mm
