The new oak flooring as come really pleased with it did not take long to be delivered and was packaged really good thanks very much

From the very first contact with the company, it has been an exciting journey and a delight to be met by such professionals who provide excellent, old fashioned customer service. We first visited the company - travelling well over two hours! It was worth it though, the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable and were only too happy to answer all of our questions. Once we were ready to place an order for our beautiful solid oak floorboards and skirting boards, we made a second trip to do so and any doubts we had were soon allayed as we were met with the same first rate customer service and the same superb knowledge to that of the first member of staff. The flooring was delivered by one of their friendly guys when we were told it would be (and this was following on from a phone call to book the delivery plus a follow up one for the specific time). So happy with this company, we will most definitely use them again when we renovate the next room!

Ordered two pieces, one of which wasn't great quality. Emailed them and they replied in minutes. A replacement arrived the next day, no arguing - excellent. I just found my permanent wood supplier!

I first made an enquiry and sent pictures of our buttermilk coloured kitchen asking if the oak skirting would be a suitable replacement for our cupboard kickboards. We already have a lovely tall oak pantry cupboard and I thought oak kickboards would be nice instead of the awful cream coloured coated chipboard ones we have. I quickly received an email back saying that they thought the oak would be a warm and nice addition and was sent a sample in the post.
We were very happy with the sample so after measuring I then emailed because we required one length to be a different height. Again received a quick response so placed an order for the square edged oak because we wanted it for kickboards otherwise we’d have liked a rounded edge like the sample. Order was delivered probably just over a week (bearing in mind I told them we’d be away for 2 days plus the bank holiday and we had the oak oiled). We’re happy with the quality of the oak and all aspects of communication and delivery. Just got to cut and fit it now.
