David was cool

The guy who helped me who I think was named David was a great help. He helped me know what I need to move forward with immigration process. Very friendly and funny. Would speak to again.

They are a hard sales scam organisation. Awful experience lost money and then when I involved legal support they refused to speak with me.

This issue remains outstanding no refund. Refusal to speak to me the parent of a ypu g lady with disabilities who was bullied into signing an agreement.my daughter and I phoned together so we could discuss. The advisor point blank refused to speak with me present and hung up. Any decent company would understand that the person was present and authorised me to speak. Trouble is as I would not be bullied they hung up. We have approached solicitors. The reviews for this company come somewhere between scam and hard pressure sales.

Please call me I would be pleased to discuss as I have now had a message advising my review will be taken down.

They were always there for everything I…

They were always there for everything I needed, very patients with my English and doubts. It’s really nice the feeling to do all the process accompanied by nice people.
The only thing that could make it better is to clarify at the beginning all the things to pay

Same experience as the other 1 star reviews. Emails bouncing back, website error. They agreed on continuing with the Visa process a month ago. I paid half of it already.

Refund not received…

I started a visa application with UIS Australia and paid a fee upfront for my evaluation. After deciding not to continue, I was promised a partial refund within 14 working days. It has now been nearly 2 months and I am still waiting.

I have repeatedly tried contacting the company for updates, but my emails are now bouncing back and I can no longer access my portal because the website does not appear to be working properly.

Very disappointing experience and extremely concerning given the amount of money involved. I would appreciate communication (as this was not a problem before my money was received…) and the refund that was promised.

I am trying to follow up my application

I am trying to follow up my application. However, when I checked the UIS portal to check my status, it failed to open. I have tried to send email email directly that was used in previous communication, but all the email failed to deliver. I have paid for the processing and all and I would to have a feedback on my application.

First of all is to understand that UIS Australia is a letter box enterprise, registered in Gibraltar.
They are NOT agreed for any australian immigration service - they take your money and give your phone number to an official MARA agent, who will make the job.
You can save a lot of money, if you contact OMARA directly.

Pushy and rude

I had spoken with them today, I always like to ensure I check reviews, research myself further before paying any money. The agent was very rude because I wouldn't sign up and pay there and then. I was told if I didn't the place would not be kept for me and I could not come back in the future. That is fine I will use an agency who understands that people like to check details first before signing and paying for anything. Extremely disappointed.
