I thought it operated only in the Saudi Arabia region, but then it turned out that they are shipping to my country as well! Those action figures of heroes from DC and Marvel, and even football players... Ah... They are so appealing that I would pay all money in the world to have a collection of such ones.
So far I ordered only a couple of ones and there were no troubles with shipping and all that. I am definitely happy with their products.

My recent experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my story to prevent others from falling victim to their deceptive practices.
I placed an order on UBUY Saudi's website, excited about the product I was about to receive. However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration and disappointment when, after waiting for five days, I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled due to the item being out of stock. What baffled me even more was the fact that the item was still listed as available on their website.
Thinking it might be a mistake, I decided to reach out to their customer support for clarification. Little did I know that this would only add to my frustration. The customer support representative I spoke to was not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude and dismissive. We charged the transaction from your card in US dollars. The bank charges currency conversion charges which are completely bank-dependent so you may get charged for an additional amount apart from your order amount. That amount would be taken by your bank as we did not reserve that amount. Any charges deducted from the refunded amount will be the currency conversion charges, we would request you to please check with your bank for the same.

EVERYTHING IS EXCELLENT, apart from one off the discounted codes that i received it mention 25% off , and that was not true, it gave me less than 10%, while the 10% discounted code it gave me the 10
