Uber eats has done me wrong so many times!
First instance was here in Spain when the driver decided my order was too heavy so he purposefully left three bags of groceries at the store. Uber eats refused to refund me but thankfully the grocery store did help me and told me that had happened often! Uber eats to this day has not helped me or apologized.
Then I was stupid enough to order from them again. The driver contacted me, took a bogus picture of the food and then took it with him. How do I know because I went outside seconds after and it was gone. When I called him he said it wasn't his problem.
Third time was a charm: Today I ordered food after months of having the app deleted because I was in a pinch. They quoted me 20 minutes for the food to arrive. After 40 minutes the driver cancelled and they had to find a new driver. I had to leave the location I was at so I cancelled the order while they were looking for a new driver and they charged me the full price because the food was ready but there was no one to bring it! They would not have made it...they were already so late but blamed me for it. I will never be ordering food from them again!
I feel scammed. OVER 20 euros for absolutely nothing and with ZERO HUMANS on their side attending the issue when required. No phone number either.

This is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Their lack of human people to address this issues its not acceptable. Being fully charged for an order im not receiving its NOT ACCEPTABLE. I didnt wanted to cancel, i just wanted to fix the address. Being a long time customer of uber eats. Not anymore. Their support team say that they cant do anythig. This is not okay. This is not what is expected from a company this size. Not buying NEVER AGAIN in uber eats. Neither me or my friends. This is TOTALLLY NOT ACCEPTABLE and I require a total refund.

When I attempted to resolve this and requested to escalate the issue to a manager due to Arelis’s dismissive handling of my case, they simply blocked me from the support thread. It is completely unacceptable for a company to pocket a customer's money and then shut down communication when held accountable. Avoid this service if you value your time and money.

I paid for Priority. The food arrived 45 minutes late. It was cold. Never use Ubereats, it is simply appalling.

Delivered my food late and cold!!! Didn't seal the lid to my drink and it spilled everywhere!!! Refused to refund my purchase or make it right in any way!! Do not waste your money on this company. It's nothing more than a rip off!!
Cannot walk and the driver refused to deliver at the door and come upstairs
I am temporarily invalid as I cannot walk right now, and for that reason I ordered Ubereats to my door, as I usually do. The driver refused to come upstairs and deliver it, we exchanged messages and phone calls where I explained over and over that I couldn't walk but he just insisted I had to come down stairs, then he marked me as unavailable and the order and complete and left! Now ubereats says that the driver tried to contact me and I was unavailable and they won't refund me! I explained over and over again that I spoke with the driver, that I wasn't unavailable, I sent them screenshots of the conversation and phone calls but they keep on sending back the same template response! I am so upset, I paid for the food and service I am now still hungry, no food and no money for refunded! This is fraudulent and the customer service is just shameful!

They gave us a promotion code that says "válido durante 60 días" we tried to use it 4 days after they gave it to us and in the app it says that it expired. This is unacceptable!! Giving us false code and then expect to buy from you. UberEats needs to mejorar its image.Oh and another issue is that I downloaded the app for the first time and didn't accept my phone number saying "it's blocked" How is that even possible?! I'm really disappointed! Έσχος και Ντροπή! Like we say in Cyprus "Εν μας εμπήκε καλά ο μήνας"!
Terrible refund policy for no delivery
Driver showed up and had other peoples orders. Said he would let support know there must have been a systems issue. I went through the steps on the app for missing food item and only received $10 out of the $34 I spent.

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. My delivery arrived and the driver left it on the sidewalk. Someone came and took it obviously. Uber eats decided that the public sidewalk was a secure location.

I had one of the worst experiences ever with Uber. The rider threatened not to deliver my food unless I gave him a tip upfront — something that should never happen. In the end, the food was never delivered at all.
I contacted Uber, but they did absolutely nothing to help. Thankfully, my bank helped me get my money back, because Uber refused to take responsibility. But the worst part? After that, Uber tried to charge me again through their app as if nothing happened!
This company clearly doesn’t care about its customers. Just look at the other reviews — we’re all saying the same thing. Uber only protects itself and its drivers, while customers are treated like garbage.
I’m done with them for good. There are plenty of other apps that deliver food and actually respect their users. Uber has completely lost my trust.
Was given someone else's order
Kitchen under construction, I was given someone else's order and get absolutely no response from Uber after one hour. The delivery person was rushing, so no wonder he didn't even check the ticket to make sure it was the right order.
Do not use Ubereats
Do not use Ubereats! The food was not delivered and the courier said he didn´t managed to get in contact with me. I talked with him on the phone and understood he was in a wrong place. I tried to repeat my address and he hung up and cancelled my order! I tried to send him Google map position, but the sms did not get through. Tried to call him, but I did not get through. Do not order food through ubereats.

Saldy, once again I have been scammed by UberEats in Spain.
I ordered food from the Burger King in La Nucia who have stopped to even lower standards than one would expect with poor quality food and terrible service. The order was missing items; the food was cold and the order on the app was left open when I was trying to complain and seek help via the UberEats app, the order showed as pending so I was unable to resolve the issues. The support on UberEats dont seem to read any information I put, they just reply with the same long winded auto response that just adds insult to injury. An absolute joke of a company and sadly they seem to only offer the low, poor standard and quality that people seem to accept and expect here in Spain. Im surprised anyone uses UberEats in Spain as its borderline criminal what they are doing to customers.
Dont order food from restaurants that offer delivery with Uber Eats!
This is a scam! The food was not delivered and the courier said she didn´t managed to get in contact with us. At the same time she didn´t make an attempt to contact the restaurant, call us or return the food to the restaurant. She marked the order delivered and just stole the food! The worst part is that the restaurant client, in this case me, had to deal with this dubious delivery company, not the restaurant, that is actually hiring them to deliver!!!
