Worst customer service experience on the earth, never ever help you or solve your problem. I bought LG 84 inch TV with 2 years extended warranty, display is gone and now its been more than a week I’m waiting for my TV to repair as they promised it will be done in 2-3 days. However customer service team is to increase your problems and always coming back with vogue answers that once we have an update we will get back to you, they never come back unless you waste more time to reach them.

Delivery experience left much to be desired. I opted for the fast delivery option, even paying extra for it, but unfortunately, my order didn’t arrive on time. Disappointing!... I highly endorse this to anyone looking for a recommendation.

My complaint to Sharaf: Dear Sharaf DG Customer Service Team
I am writing to formally raise a complaint about a very disappointing and distressing experience I had with your Burjaman store in Dubai.
On Wednesday, 22 October, I purchased an earphone for my phone from your Sharaf DG Times Square branch. The sales assistant checked my phone and advised me which model to buy. I explained that I was only visiting Dubai and just needed the cheapest compatible earphone, but he recommended one priced at AED 51, which I purchased.
The earphone did not work with my phone, though it did work with my laptop. On Saturday, 25 October, I visited your Burjaman Centre branch to ask if it might be a phone setting issue. The staff told me I had been sold the wrong product — a cheaper model (around AED 23) would have been appropriate.
I requested an exchange, but staff refused, saying it could not be replaced because I had not provided my phone number at the time of purchase. I had declined at Times Square to avoid promotional messages. They also questioned how they could verify my purchase, even though I showed proof on my credit card statement, along with the original packaging and serial number.
The staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and unsympathetic, taking no responsibility for their own mistake. The manager was equally unsympathetic and offered no apology, telling me I must return to the Times Square branch — an impractical solution given the AED 80 return taxi fare or spending more than half a day by public transport. I was distressed and upset by this treatment.
I also attempted to submit a complaint via your website, but the form was very unfriendly, with insufficient space to explain the situation and no submit button, making it impossible to lodge a proper complaint online.
I hope Sharaf DG will review this matter and arrange a replacement or refund for the AED 51 earphone. I can provide any further documentation if required.

I bought two LG AC and they had installation problem and the installation service was booked from SharafDg. This is not only the issue, but the AC now are not cold. I emailed them twice at support and at cc_warehouse and they are not even responding to my email. Even though I noticed this problem from the beginning and requested a refund, they refused, I requested a new AC, they all refused. Now I’m requesting maintenance for the brand new defected AC and they are ignoring me

I made an online purchase from SharafDG UAE on 21 October 2025 for several Steam Digital Wallet codes (2×200 AED, 1×100 AED, and 1×50 AED). The order was supposed to be delivered instantly, as digital products usually are.
However, only 350 AED worth of codes (1×200 + 1×100 + 1×50) were delivered. The remaining 200 AED code was never sent. What followed has been several days of frustrating communication: repeated promises, conflicting explanations (“technical issue,” “system error,” “high-value product handling,” and finally “out of stock”) — but no actual solution.
I’ve contacted SharafDG multiple times via WhatsApp, email, and phone. They acknowledged my complaint under reference #10596921 and even called me once, promising to call back — but never did.
It’s now been over four days with no refund, no replacement, and no clear communication. For a digital code purchase that should be instant, this level of delay and customer support is unacceptable.
I have never trusted SharafDG for electronics purchases, and this experience has completely reaffirmed my perception of their reliability, transparency, and accountability.
If you plan to buy digital products or gift cards, I strongly recommend you avoid SharafDG until they improve their after-sales support and internal communication.

Absolutely terrible service from Sharaf DG!
We bought a water dispenser for 2,000 AED, and while they delivered it quickly, it didn’t even work from day one. We plugged it in completely dead. We reported the issue and Sharaf DG opened three separate service requests, but no one ever came. It’s been over a month, and we still can’t use the product at all.
Sharaf DG is the perfect example of a company that only cares about taking your money but takes zero responsibility afterwards. They don’t fix, don’t follow up, don’t care. Selling faulty products and ignoring customers for weeks is absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional.

Dubai is not similar as it was in previous years. Along with development, there are several frauds going on in the market even with well-known brands, such as Sharaf DJ, openly defrauding tourists and the government also not taking any action on it. Now, Dubai is only remain good for sightseeing; if you are planning for shopping then you will be dealing with scammers. So be aware.

I submitted my iPhone 15 for repair on 26 September, confident it was still under warranty. However, six days later, I was informed the issue wasn’t covered under warranty—even though the device is less than a year old. I immediately requested to cancel the repair and collect my phone.
It has now been 10 days since I submitted my phone, and it remains stuck at their service center with vague updates and no clear communication. When I call to follow up, I’m kept on hold for over 10 minutes—even though they promise just 2—and all I get are repetitive, vague responses stating the repair is “under process” or “work in progress.” I was also told the unit is with the Apple center, yet this has been the same update for the past four days. No one provides a firm date or takes responsibility.
This level of service is unacceptable from a company that claims to be professional and customer-focused. The delay clearly stems from a lack of coordination and accountability. If their team had properly liaised with the Apple service center, this issue would have been resolved days ago.
I expected much better and will definitely think twice before trusting Sharaf DG again.
I’m giving 1 star—not because they deserve it, but simply so I can proceed with submitting this review.

I preordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max well before its launch date on September 14, 2025, with a promised delivery date of September 19, 2025. Prebooking was supposed to ensure delivery on launch day, but two weeks later, I still haven't received my phone.
When I reached out to customer support over the phone they refused to provide any delivery date and stated that pre booking does not guarantee timely delivery. They were like robots with the same answers from 6 different agents despite mentioning that I needed to travel and this was a gift.

They deserve zero. I have ordered a fridge. The delivery date after 4 days. On the day of delivery they cancelled my order as it was out of stock as they said. The refund would take 7-14 days. It is +45 degrees outside and we live without fridge.
