Overall satisfaction with service and product
From the first inquiry each call was handled professionally and thorough with questions answered. Medical staff were excellent and asked health questions diving more into my overall health which was appreciated. In other words they care. Follow-up was timely to ensure overall satisfaction. Taking the time to listen I never felt rushed or just another customer. Great products from a great company.

I have bought three products. Ivermectin, Ivermectin plus mebendazole, and the spike protein. I had long covid and was looking for something to help with that as well as doing a parasite flush. So far so good!

I ordered methylene blue and had trouble with taking it. So I stopped but forgot to cancel the subscription. I got a notice that another order was in process and asked to have it stopped. TWC took care of it and refunded my money. No hassels.

I had accidentally written down the wrong shipping address after making my purchase so I had to contact customer service support after and they responded almost immediately after I emailed them. They were quick and so helpful! Not to mention that The Wellness Company is the place to go for meds!

Great experience
My experience with the customer service has been positive. They were quick to respond and helpful. My husband and I are using Regenerate. We both noticed a difference in the first couple of days. My shoulder and hips are already feeling less painful. My husband is not complaining about his hands and knee like he did before.

The customer service was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I ordered the medical emergency kit a year ago as I travel overseas frequently, and it was very helpful. I called to replenish medication in the kit. It was easy and there is a call back from a medical provider.

The right choice
My daughter recommended the Spike Detox in particular, because she and her husband are experiencing great results of good health since starting on it. I only received the free beef sticks in my order, but not the Spike Detox. So Wellness promptly rectified that by resending. How refreshing to work with a company that truly cares about your health and any issues you experience (i.e., the lost order). Please be assured that your in good hands with Wellness.
