I do not understand how you can have bad reviews.
Maybe some improvements to the website customer interaction with better controls when filing in medical history etc, but that is minor!

I purchased the Ultimate Spike Detox, which ultimately caused significant adverse effects. After the third dose, I experienced dizziness and nausea. On the third occasion, I awoke during the night suffering from severe vertigo and vomiting. I contacted the Wellness Company to request a refund for the $70 detox product. They informed me that they could not assist and advised me to be cautious with their products. I found their customer service to be nonexistent and suspect that the company is generating substantial profits. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. The experience was distressing and frightening; as a result, I was hospitalized for twenty-four hours. Despite my efforts, the company refused to provide a refund, affirming my concerns about their customer support and business practices.

I have been using Therablue for pain in my hip joint and it has worked remarkably well. I reached out to customer service regarding another product and they were so prompt in replying and personally answered by question with thoughtfulness, I think the company is ethical and they produce quality products. My experience with them was positive. I had a couple of items ordered, but received only one item at first while both items were marked as "delivered."
I contacted their customer support, and got their response quite quickly. The tone of their response was sympathetic and caring, and I did receive the 2nd item without problem.

I'm pretty happy for the most part with the company. I ordered the methylene blue. Somehow the shipping company brought it to the wrong town it took a little bit for them to straighten it out the wellness company sent me another bottle of methylene blue then the other company straightened everything out so I ended up with two bottles. Only got charged for one. They rectified everything extremely fast. I do like this company.BUT, I am absolutely not a fan of their AI email responses. You can't really get a hold of anybody to talk to and if you do they don't have answers. Cuz I got two different types of pills of methylene blue. Each pill looks different I wonder why? nobody can give me an answer. everyone asks for lot numbers. I threw the boxes out I don't have boxes for lot numbers. I'm not a hoarder. I can't get an answer. But I gave a five-star because I am happy with the company.

Customer Service Award (or should be)
So far, each of the products we have used have been very good. We feel better now than we did a few months ago, and I believe The Wellness Company products are the reason. I have been in contact with a nurse several times and the care that I receive there cannot be matched! She truly cares and is a true partner in my care. NOW, the reason I am finally submitting a review is for the customer service that I received yesterday. Every issue I had (which was of my own making) was handled promptly and with kindness.

Trustworthy Company, Quality priducts
I have tried several(6?) of their products, and have had a wonderful experience with this company. As every body is unique, we won’t all have the same results with each product, so, I will say that I have not found success with every product. I am currently using the Histacalm, Tirzapetide, and Mind Calm. So far, the Mind Calm has proven outstanding for my husband and I. He feels the difference- and I can see it in him!
As far as the company ,its responsiveness, and customer care—OUTSTANDING! I will continue to try out the products, as I feel they are of top quality.
