I had 2 pictures that were so disappointing only to be mocked by the company about the quality and end result...they say they want customers to be happy but was not my experience a real rip off overpriced for something so small and not good ... definitely buyers beware read the one star reviews they are telling the truth l could have gone to officeworks or painted my own and got a better result...never again

You purchased 2 prints 6 months ago, an 8x12" and a 12x16". You received them and then said that they were very small, but after checking we found they were the correct sizes which you ordered.
Every customer receives proof images to review and can ask for unlimited revisions to ensure they are happy with the result before approving it. You viewed your proof images and approved them to be printed without asking for any changes.

Very straight forward process from up loading the picture to choosing a draft. Thank you so much it was a wonderful gift.

So very happy with the results, and nothing is a problem when it comes to tweaking the finished product. I have gifted everything I order and the recipients are so happy. I loved the picture but delivery was very slow. I was hoping it would be delivered in time as a birthday present, sadly not.

Ok product, slow shipping
The product is ok. I was hoping they'd turn the entire photo into a watercolor art. They barely touched the primary subjects and completely obscured the background. Also, it took 8 days to ship, much longer than what the site says

Thanks for your feedback. You will see in our example images that the photo backgrounds are usually replaced with watercolour effects, but do ask the designer for a revision if you prefer to have the background included or add this to the order notes. Your order was printed and shipped 4 working days after image approval (excludes weekends) and then USPS took 5 days to deliver the parcel which is about normal.

Not great quality
The image quality wasn't good enough for the end result, and it also looks superimposed. The image quality is my fault, but it would have been nice to know that it wouldn't really work at this scale/size beforehand.
