I'm sad
I've been going here for years... The shirts are fantastic... but the decision to charge a staggering £350 for an off-the-shelf white shirt is beyond comprehension. Clearly other companies can do it for far less and still deliver quality. And bespoke isn't much more, adding to senselessness of it. The reason I am sad is that you're alienating a lot of customers -- and that's according to your staff who tell me the shop is far less busy than it used to be. Evidently it's become unaffordable for many, and dreadful value for those that can afford it, but won't support it.
Clothes get lost or damaged, especially when travelling and using cleaning services, which is why I'm no longer buying from you - damage or loss of a £350 shirt isn't something I'm interested in. I'd happily return if/when you opt to price things reasonably again.

Items not received
Hello,
On December 3, 2023, I placed an order (UK31169) of four items (two shirts and two ties) on your website.
The package was to be delivered on Tuesday, December 5, 2023. However, as I was not at home on that day, the parcel could not be delivered. I then made a request on the DHL carrier's website for the parcel to be re-delivered the following day, i.e. Wednesday December 6, 2023.
However, on Tuesday December 5, 2023 (around 2pm), I received an e-mail from DHL telling me that the parcel had been delivered. However, I don't know where the package is.
When I checked the tracking of my parcel on the DHL website, I was able to access the proof of delivery, which includes a signature that is not mine. I asked my neighbors about it, but no one had picked up my package.
After that, on December 7th, 2023, I contacted your customer service, but I received no reply to my e-mail.

High quality cuff links and ties - a perfect extra special gift idea given the price. Everything was packaged beautifully for presentation.
I ordered two ties but only received one box so used my own tissue paper to present them nicely.
