Always splendid but difficulty communicating
DOUBLE STOP PRESS: They have been exceptionally helpful since my original messages got through the logjam. Highly recommended!
STOP PRESS: Have since had very helpful correspondence with them (after chasing several times). Advice to others: persevere, they are a very good firm but may not be the best at catching up with correspondence.
PREVIOUSLY I HAD SAID : Always splendid experience -- have bought form them once or twice a year for decades now. However a recent (minor) problem reported three times to help@ and once to support@ has gone a month without reply. Hard to believe of such an otherwise well run business at the de luxe end of the Jermyn Street mob.

A lot of servicing issues
A lot of servicing issues - emails not answered to edit an order barely hours after being placed. Then several days of delays for a refund of the incorrect item. The customer service were apologetic and acknowledged that they had experienced some issues. Still not a great comfort when spending that amount of money on a shirt!!
