Their Faulty program removed money from my account for an apartment I wasn't applying for I then had to pay twice so the landlord I was applying for got my application in time now they wont refund me for their program removing money for an apartment I did not apply for I've sent them multiple messages and im just being told they dont offer refunds. They would rather me give them a bad review than give me back my 45.00. They lost my business and if you do choose to work with them just watch your bank account they like to steal.

I have used TurboTenant before for another property… Definitely makes renting a property or managing a property a breeze

I was trying to co-sign for someone and I found out from the landlord that they do not accept co-signers I told the employee at TurboTenant that and he sent me an application to fill out and said they would take are of this issue. Then the landlord called me and told me the same thing again so I was charge $55.00 and mislead from the employee and I cannot co-sign. Of course there is no refund, good way to rip people off.

Turbo Tenant has played a pivotal role in my success as a landlord. And has educated me as a landlord to know what to look for when renting to potential tenants.

Helps me manage my rental properties with ease. Not hard to learn and very helpful for managing leases and so on. Also, great integrations for when I need to list a vacant property.

The tools are well designed, intuitive, and comprehensive for rental property management needs. Payment solutions are excellent and easy, instructions to tenant are easy to follow. Lease contract generation is useful and updated over time to match legal needs in respective areas. Support is remarkably strong as well. Simply superb tool.

The software is super user friendly, but I would say the human support is the best. You guys accidentally transferred money to the wrong account and I was able to speak w someone and you got it fixed. Two weeks later I accidentally deposited money to the wrong bank account (I have two LLC’) and once again you guys corrected that for me.

As a stark comparison I listed my condo on Zillow and was unable to view the applications that came in. The worst part is you can’t talk to anyone at Zillow, and they never did respond to 3 separate email requests to their help desk.

Platform is easy to use

My experience with TurboTenant was surprisingly easy and great! My life was made very manageable with creating and tracking leases, payments and reminders.

I wish I found out about this years ago. I love the app because it’s easy to use.
