Would not refund cancelled flights

Flight lhr to tunis return booked before global flu, flights subsequently cancelled
Firstly, no communication from airline re cancelled flights
Every time i called re refund (which they are legally obliged to offer within 7 days), i was told i had to email to pursue. No email address worked and telephone staff were plain rude
I was then given the number of someone at the London office, who was nothing than more than a polite liar, telling me after 2 more months all they could offer was vouchers
Happily, is was able to eventually do a charge back with visa, after supplying them copies of all comms
If they are this terrible on the ground, i can't imagjne what they're like at 30,000ft and interestingly, my Tunisian friends said they would never book tunisair
Avoid!

Do not book book any flight with them! They are really bad with information to their passangers and They are very difficult to reach, especially IF They dont have a customer service in the country you live in. You dont get the help you need IF something happens!

Flight 6 hours late

Flight 6 hours late. They ruined the plans for vacation in Djerba in June 2019 and didn´t take any responsability after I tried for compensation. Not even an apology. They just ignored. Dont recommend at all.

Terrible experience

My first trip was 2 hours late, so that I could not get my connection in Tunis any more. I thought that this was not a big deal, but from there on, the experience became more and more terrible. I was scheduled for another flight 3 hours later, but each time the boarding time approached, the flight was rescheduled even more. The Tunisair staff was extremely inpolite and disrespectfull: they would turn away frome me in the middle of a sentence, not inform me properly on the actual situation and not even try to find solutions in my interest. Alltogether I had a delay of 10 hours. The food and water that was provided during this delay were ridiculous. Once arrived in Paris, my two bags were missing. They were delivered to my hotel 30 hours later.

Tunisair may be the cheapest, but the next time I will be willing to spend the double just to avoid them.

Terrible Company !!!! Terrible Service !!!! the Worst !!!!

Please be very careful, when booking with Tunisair, They are Terrible,
there always late, (6 hour delay) was my last flight with them, And they did not even know why the flight was delayed for 6 hours.there staff have not got a clue what's going on, or there so used to it that they just don't care anymore!!!!!
trying to get your money back!!! you have not got a chance in hell !!!!
none of there customer service phone numbers work/they dont reply to any emails/ The company is a mess!!!! The person that's running this company needs sacked on the spot !!!the company probably bring in good profits but they treat their customers like crap, There planes are dirty rust buckets,That look like they have never been cleaned, There planes maintenance must be horrendous,(which i scary cause it makes you think is this plane going to make the journey before it falls apart) Customers travel cases would arrive on the collection belts, and a lot of them had been opened with clothes hanging out (i have never seen anything like it before).
Anyway try them for yourself and you will see what i mean !!!!

J'ai pris l'avion le 29 août 2018 avec la compagnie tunisair qui avait fait un retar de plus de 6 heures !
Du coup j'ai fais appel à la compagnie flightright pour gérer ce dossier pour me faire indemniser aujourd'hui toujours aucun règlement car on me dit que on attend une date au tribunal pour assigner la compagnie tunisair en justice août 2019 toujours rien dans l'attente... Même eux font du retar... Quel paradoxe... Compagnie de merde

I flew on August 29, 2018 with the Tunisian company which was late for more than 6 hours!
So I appealed to the company flightright to manage this file to make me pay today still no regulation because I am told that we are waiting for a date in court to assign the Tunisian company to court August 2019 still nothing in the waiting ... Even they are late ... What a paradox ...

Worst airline ever

Worst airline ever!
They change reservations without notifying the customers and when I call the call centres, there seems to be only one person no matter where i call and extremely rude and lie and she does not listen! Also the online refund channel does not reply ever! I have three refunds that's outstanding and no one can tell me when it's going to be paid back and they keep saying 60 days which i believe is illegal...I haven't even flown yet, so why is it that it takes 2 months to process refund? This company needs to be audited and some government action needs to take place.

Tunisair is the worst company ever

Tunisair is the worst company I've ever seen in my life. On a flight of 1 hour and 30 minutes (Barcelona - Tunisia), they accumulated 3 hours of delay, and all for no apparent reason. The way these people work is being always late and flying when they please or can. It is not a serious company in any sense, and I absolutely do not recommend anyone to use it. In case it is essential to fly with them, I recommend a lot of patience and to keep all the tickets and documents that prove the delays or cancellations (that you will surely suffer), to be able to submit a claim.

Even 1 star is too generous

Even 1 star is too generous. Booked a flight for my husband Constantine to Tunis, two days before flight was advised flight has been cancelled and offered an alternate flight three days later! That’s not good enough. Couldn’t get hold of anyone in tunisair office to get a refund. Totally outrageous! Will never fly with this rubbish airline again, prefer to take a two stop flight with an airline that doesn’t cancel.

Cancelled flight a month before travel…

Cancelled flight a month before travel but did not inform travel agent or us. We called the night before flight to be told all was ok and to book in 2 hours before. Of course there was no flight. Flight was re-scheduled for the next day. So was the return. Travel agent put us up in a hotel and sorted everything. Plane was very dirty. What looked like vomit was all down the back of the seat in front of 21b.
The cabin staff however were lovely. If the airline were as good as the staff all would be great.

NEVER FLYING with TunisAir again!
Sunday they overbooked the flight to Malta with 30 people. After 8 hours in Tunis airport fighting back and fourth, they got us a crap and very bad hotel. They offered boarding passes to other countries IF we signed that we would not make claims!
Waited for 3 days in hotel for new flight to Malta - and have now been waiting for 13 hours with no information provided nor hotel offered. We are traveling with small kids and they are just being arrogant!
NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!
They refuse to cover connecting flights, hotel bookings ie. we had booked on our way home to Copenhagen. We have now lost 4000€ in lost costs to try and get out of Tunisia.
