When again?

The absolute worst experience with an airline. Chaos, no organization and complete disregard for passengers. The flight from Djerba to Tunisia was delayed repeatedly (4 times!) without any clear information — no one knew when or if we would leave.

The person in charge gave us false assurances that he would sort the matter out so that we would not lose our response, which turned out to be completely untrue. The result? We missed the flight to Greece and were forced to pay for new tickets out of our own pocket.

Unacceptable behavior, zero credibility and complete lack of professionalism. Away.

It is one of the worst companies I have…

It is one of the worst companies I have ever experience, they move my flight from 07:15 to 19:15 and its totally impossible to contact with them, I called all numbers I found in internet over 50 times and no answer, I wrote Emails to all Email adresses I have found and no answer, so Im gonna lose my ticket as I will not catch the connection to the final destination on the 29th, avoid this company at any cost.

They changed my flight…

They changed my flight to a different day. No explanation.
No options. See agent.
Spoke to agent (booking.com)
Who were helpful. And offered refund. Had to rebook with different airline.

Worst airline ever, please shut down the company

Worst airline I’ve ever been with. Absolutely amateurs. Flight was delayed multiple times, totaling more than 18 hours of delay in the end. I did the online check in but they invalidated them all and had to do physical check in at desk. Never again

Great service

We were at first quite alarmed to fly with TunisAir due to the bad reviews across the board but we were pleasantly surprised with the service. Our flight to and from Tunid Carthage was meal accompanied, and the lunch was a lovely Tunisian chicken. Our return flight to London was quite stressful due to a forgotten passport and they made landed to keep gate open and check in open. Great service !!

It is by far the worst

It is by far the worst , most horrible transport company, it should take Tunis from Tunisair, it brings only shame to the land … Air-delay would be more appropriate…
PS: its pilots are first class , though its organisation is unworthy to say the least , delay and negligence is a cornerstone of the company, when would it be saved from this corruption and incompetence..

Had a great flight with them. There was a slight delay, but no issues overall. The service was good and we had a smooth take off and landing. I must congratulate you all for the great improvements

Tunisair... where's the care?

Please note that if you're flying with Tunisair to Europe and experience a 4-hour delay, your delay is not covered for compensation. And they know you can't claim....
Also, before leaving, my afternoon flight was cancelled and I was put on an earlier 8:00 morning flight, with all the problems attached.
Just pointing this out if you're planning a visit to Tunis - choose your airline carefully.

LIED TO

Outbound lgw to tunis no veg meals. So in Tunis i went to tunisair offices. Ordered veg meal. Recieved confirmation. At checkin it was confirmed again. Boarding card also had veg meal written on it.
Onboard NO VEG MEAL. SENIOR CABIN CREW SAID THEY ALL LIED. Special meals were cancelled a long time ago!!!

My wife and I booked 3 flights from…

My wife and I booked 3 flights from Tunis to Tozeur, then they moved the flight times more than 3 hours later into the evening which meant we would have arrived in Tozeur after midnight which was unacceptable to us as we would have my elderly mother-in-law with us. After talking to a Tunisair customer service agent in London we cancelled and requested a refund through the email address we was given by the agent, this was 3 months ago and still have had no reply. Also on the same trip we booked a Tunisair flight from Tunis to Malta so we could spend our last 3 nights there and they changed the flight dates to the next day reducing our trip to 2 nights. In the 30 years I have been travelling I have never experienced such poor customer service and lack of respect for there customers.

Quite poor experience in short-haul business

We flew GVA-TUN and return, in business class, with our 2-month old baby. The flights were 30-55 min late, which we believe is acceptable. The seats were OK for a short haul flight, the food was poor to below average but the personnel was quite friendly! For the return the boarding was very chaotic with no priority system which we found unacceptable. We had to force through everyone with our baby. Tunis Airport is a nightmare from start to finish but that’s not really Tunisair’s fault.
Overall quite poor experience, and we would not take this company if there were other choices for these routes (Nouvelair is the same). This time the personnel’s professionalism and friendliness saved the day.

Tunisair - a Mix of feelings

Tunisair, land personnel, A DISGRACE, except the nice lady on service, this morning, in Djerba, at the main company balcon, a gentleman this morning and a super nice young girl at the boarding área, at 12.30h. The old man at the company balcon, rude, not attentious, completely shitting himself for clients.
A company, in 2025, not having digital services (Booking, check on, contact, etc) os totally weird
Checking boarding passes manually, other weeeird thing.
After you pass all this, once you get on the plane, all gets pretty normal/ good. Nice seats, space, personnel, food... Just the cleaning aspect needs attention.
The flight was on time and very smooth.

Very disappointing experience at tunis Carthage Airport

had a very disappointing experience at Tunis–Carthage Airport. My ticket clearly stated that I could bring an 8kg cabin bag, but just before boarding the crew suddenly told me I couldn’t take it with me on the plane. They took the bag away at the gate, and when I got back to my hotel, I discovered that some of my personal belongings were missing, including important medicine.

This was extremely stressful and unacceptable. Medicines are essential and should never be tampered with. The lack of clear communication about luggage rules, combined with the missing items from my bag, made this a very unpleasant experience. I strongly hope the airport and airline improve their procedures, as passengers deserve to feel safe and respected when traveling.

The plane was very dirty

The plane was very dirty, had to ask for blankets for the seats.
The carpets, trays was all dirty, and also not hoovered.

Meal was provided from London to tunis. Very poor quality chicken and couscous.
