Needed some new edging for my decking and Tudagrass were extremely helpful, sent out samples for me to choose the correct colour, then when I placed the order I was contacted to let me know when they would deliver and safe place to leave.

Was optimistic of buying this product initially because of the price it seemed to good to be true ,but was 100% happy with the grass when it arrived , it was really good value for the price paid, the grass was as described on their website and the customer service I received was also 100%

I chose the Crete, the quality GSM of this Grass is fantastic, I would recommend this product for its quality & this company for its helpful service.

Total lack of communication after email saying “order on its way” under “tracking information”, with 3-5 working days delivery. On 5th working day I phoned to see if the artificial grass would arrive that day as builder had arrived to lay it. It hadn’t even left their warehouse in Manchester because they were waiting for “a full van”! I thought it would be sent by courier as all of my other garden products have been. Very disappointed with the lack of delivery information. It’s untrue to send an “on its way” email on a Monday and it still not have moved one inch by the Friday. I expect better in this day and age.

Excellent service from order to delivery and it’s a great product looks fab laid down . Would definitely recommend.

So many to choose from, made use of the samples. Very easy to order fast delivery, very pleased with the artificial grass it looks really nice. Delivery guy was lovely and very pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

So original delivery was 7-9th.. then delivery changed to the 10th. I then cancelled as missed estimated delivery time, product then arrived 4 hours later (by which time I had collected another carpet instore locally!)

Laid on top of concrete slab 6 x 3.5m. Glued 20mm underlay to concrete and grass on top. Looks amazing but did have to rotate it so pile was facing the house for a greener appearance. Very life like for artificial grass. Easy to trim and lay and so far no evidence of shedding. Still to stretch and glue. Would recommend speaking to company on the phone to ensure adequate underlay and aquabond for your project. Very helpful

Really good company to deal with ordered three free samples, which I must say was substantial enough to make informed choice. Delivery was within 3 days and now laid looks amazing. Would definitely recommend this Company with no hesitation.

Was a little wary buying landscaping products online but was swayed by other reviews and took the plunge. The product is amazing and cannot fault the delivery service either. Phone call the night before to advise of delivery time (which was around 48 hours after placing the order) and really cheerful and helpful delivery guy turned up as promised with the product well packaged and eager to help. Would definitely recommend this fantastic local company.

The entire Tudagrass experience was excellent. The samples we ordered arrived quickly, were good sized and helped make an informed choice. From ordering to delivery, Tudagrass were exceptional. The delivery driver called with an estimate time for delivery and was very prompt. Quality of the grass is exceptional and the grass brush is a perfect addition. A great company, highly recommended.

Found this company online and what a great find they were went to warehouse where a very helpful lady explained about the different grass and gave us samples to take home and compare. We settled on the California 38mm it looks fabulous and very realistic a great choice at a competitive price. Customer service and delivery was spot on . Very pleased would highly recommend

The whole process of ordering from Tuda grass was simple. Phones were answered promptly when I had a query, and my chosen delivery day was adhered to.
The delivery driver rang in advance of arrival and was extremely polite. He even trundled my grass through to where I am to lay it which, considering the weight of the roll, was a great help.
In summary their customer service is second to none, and the product is excellent as well!

Great company & the customer service is excellent. We got the black composite board and it looks fantastic and was fine to work with, we used the kit you supply to fit the decking and it looks good. Thank for making the delivery cost reasonable, which is very appreciated when purchasing the board for a small area, unlike other companies. I have recommended you to lots of other people for the great product and fantastic customer service & will continue to do so.
