Utterly useless device for anti snoring, wraps round the neck and is VERY uncomfortable and did NOTHING to stop me snoring !!
I also found the exact same device by VITAVIX on amazon at 1/3rd price I paid !!! total scam company - the reviews on their website can't be read it's blatant false advertising !!!

Really ineffective and impossible to get a refund
I bought this thinking it would solve my snoring issues. I tried it for 30 days and all it gave me was a sore neck and an irritation on my neck.
So I contacted their helpdesk to get my refund as they so proudly advertise. Then the agony really started.
They offered me a discount at first but didn't quite understand that if it didn't work there is no way I need to keep it.
They flatly refused to give a refund unless the item was posted back unused and registered delivery obviously at my cost.
At this point I cut my losses and ran putting it down to a scam operation with zero intent of honouring their promises of a "full refund" I learned the hard way now I will have to pursue a refund through my credit card company
All I would say folks is just look at all the reviews and judge for yourselves. This is a fly by night company who make ridiculous claims and promises none of which live up to expectations.
Follow up.....I loved your request for fairness and transparency when your refund warranty is so obscured.
Beware people this is not a company to trust hence the low ratings
