I promptly received my Vitavix order complete with detailed instructions on using the product. It does take some time to get used to the firm fit around the neck, but I did notice that even the first night using it, I fell asleep quickly, stayed asleep longer than usual, and woke up with evidence that I wasn't mouth breathing. The product does great at keeping the neck and chin in alignment, it's easy to use, and after a week of using it so far, I'm gradually sleeping much better!

I have diligently tried the Vitavix neck guard for 50 days. It did not work and according to my wife my snoring was much worse. I pointed out that the pictures show a different product than what they actually send. They claimed that the difference is just due to how the photograph was taken, but they actually changed the design. When I tried returning the product based on the 60-day trial offer, they were funny about returning it, and expected me to return if to the Netherlands for $20 to 25 shipping costs. Alternatively, they offered a 32% discount on the product and suggested I give the used product to a friend... In conclusion, this looks very much like a scam to me. The product may work for some people, but it certainly did not work for me. Very disappointed that I was scammed by $12 while my snoring problem has not been resolved.

Fast delivery and fantastic neck gear.

I habve used this product for 2 weeks solid and I have not had 1 night of sleeping without snorinng and my husband waking me to ask me to turn onto my tummy. I am very disappointed that this is the case and would like to know if I can return the product and receive a refund f £30 in line with your 60 day guarantee

Great service fast delivery

If there was a 0 I would have marked that. I think its sad that this company takes advantage of desparate people needing help with their health issues. I seen the ad on this product thought I'd give it a shot whats to lose,well that was dumb. It wasn't comfortable to sleep so stiff and couldn't get used to it so I asked to return it thinking guarantee would be honored. Found out that the charge to return is more than the product itself and they do not supply you with return labels so they must have known ahead of time that they would lose $with returns. No integrity in their products. My advice get it through Amazon or somewhere else you can trust!

No use for anybody with a big neck

This was my second order of the compression socks!
They fit great and give me all day support. Legs feel great, no more soreness or tired feeling.

Did not stop my snoring. Seems to have alleviated the apnea. No more morning headaches. This is a big deal for me!

At first it was very awkward to sleep with the brace around my neck. I felt confined but I woke up feeling rather rested and not nearly as sleepy as before the neck brace . In the beginning I bit my tongue, but now I can sleep through a night without biting my tongue . It takes some getting used to but it does work . I found myself only sleeping 3-4 hours with it, then I would rest one hour without it and then I would finish the the night with 3 more hours with it. I now can go all night with it .

It must work 100 percent as hubby says that that I don’t snore anymore. 🤭

Total scam company is in the Netherlands so it cost over 80 dollars to return any item. I ordered a pair of ear plugs on Dec the 18th. They created a shipping label on the 22 nd. Nothing more happened until I contacted PayPal to dispute and got refund. Then on Jan 5 th I got shipping notice. I contacted Vitavix to tell them I did not want that I had to purchase elsewhere. They said that since I had filled dispute with PayPal would have to deal with PayPal. Contacted PayPal to inform them of situation, and was told that once received package I would be again charged. Paid $13.90 for the ear plugs and it will cost over 80 dollars to return. This company is a TOTAL SCAM STAY AWAY OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. Wish I would have done more investigating before I purchased. They have over 30% 1 Star reviews always same. Not possible to return there 60 Day Guarantee is a joke if you read the fine print, you can’t return a product that has been opened. They will offer you a small percentage of what you paid. Then you’re forced to take it because of the return shipping cost to the Netherlands. I would never purchase anything from them ever again, and if you do you will be sorry.

The product is great very comfortable and easy to use for better than a CPAP machine
