Absolutely Fabulous!
You hear lots of stories about poor customer experience but we don’t share positive experiences enough. I have been with Habitual for 6 months. I am delighted with my 3 stone weigh loss and I can’t praise the customer team highly enough. They answer every question without delay and provide support whenever I’ve needed it. I would definitely recommend this programme to anyone considering starting this journey.

Habitual are great!
Habitual are great! Expert knowledge, fantastic app that provides excellent assistance and advice. The tracking of sleep, emotions, exercise, food etc is really helpful. As well as all the information and help provided, the customer support team is briliant. Super responsive, professional and friendly. If you are wondering which weight loss company to try I cannot recommend Habitual enough!

As soon as I told the team I needed an alternative, it was delivered in a short space of time. There wasn’t any delays in the subsequent delivery either.

An excellent experience with full time support
I had a wonderful experience with Habitual. I switched from my previous provider for my Mounjaro pen because their service was poor, and moving to Habitual turned out to be the best decision. Everything is managed seamlessly through their app, and the entire switch took just one day—my new Mounjaro pen arrived the very next morning.
Every question or request is answered quickly. I’m also impressed by the free gym pass and the discounts they offer for various activities. On top of that, there are plenty of short lessons, helpful articles, and amazing recipes to support you throughout your weight-loss journey.

Disolves well in water
A great fibre supplement with 8 different types of soluble fibres. You really have to pack the scoop solid to ensure you get the full 10g (I weighed mine) - a level scoop is only 8g. However, it disolves well in plain water and isn't too gritty. This is definitely an improvement on a previous and more expensive fibre supplement I tried. This one's a keeper.

Habitual and weight loss
I found the supervised TDR program easier than what I had built it up too in my head, with the help of my coach and the Habitual food replacement, the first three months flew by, not having to think about what I was eating so I could focus on everything else was great.
His help then with reintroducing food ( which I did struggle with) made it a little easier.
I actually lost three stone over all and returned to pre diabetes. The program worked for me and three months later I am still maintaining the weight I achieved so feel proud I persevered to the end.
Which leaves me the task of saying thank you to my Doctor for encouraging me to do it, my coach Dalvir, Habitual for the food replacement sachets and Xyla for running the program, plus all the friends who put up with me.
