Poor range of products
Poor range of products, I don’t like the soups, but the shakes are ok. The banana porridge is lovely & pretty consistent, but the morning porridge is very hit & miss with consistency, even with sachets from the same box?
Some come out thick & some watery & loose, I treat each sachet the same?
To stick with the same flavours for 9 months (NHS) is boring & a huge ask.
The shakes range NEEDS more flavours.
If there were more flavours that I liked, I would happily buy them, after my NHS plan had finished

Our range includes 10 meals across soups, shakes, and porridges. We understand that preferences vary, especially over a longer period, but the NHS programme is a fixed, free plan and the duration and product range aren’t something we’re able to change.
We appreciate your comments on flavour variety, particularly for the shakes, and will take this on board as we review the range. It’s good to hear you’d consider purchasing products after completing the programme.

A few in the Cupboard!
I always keep a few Habitual shakes, porridges and soups in the cupboard and will often substitute a meal for one.
All the way through my Habitual Course, i never once felt hungry and, porridge especially, they're quite tasty/filling!

Use Habitual with complete confidence!
I lost 6 stone from using the Habitual Shakes and Porridge. I did not get on with the Soups! It is not a cheap experience, but most of my journey was funded by the NHS.
The fact I lost 6 stone without surgery or injections is nothing short of a miracle. I was not hungry, and I have just ordered some porridge to do a top-up week, it really does work. Use Habitual with complete confidence!
