Why no return instructions available from them?

I ordered and received a hoodie however the zipper came broken and it must be sent back. I have written over and over asking them to send a return slip and instructions but they refuse. They have my money and I get automatic replies but no answer. I am angry at their lack of response.

Not trustworthy

Not trustworthy. NO STARS! Received order (2 large hoodies, grey and green) after waiting for a month. Items were WRONG SIZE (XXL) AND COLOR. Called to return, which isn't easy, and was told I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTING ME $39 + Merch $175 = $219. Don't fall for slick advertising (in my case on youtube). It remains to be seen if I will receive a full refund, which is currently in dispute through PayPal. If you make the mistake of buying from them, document everything!
BTW- TrueSwat, SwatShorts, etc is a shell company managed by Digital Innovation Ventures GmbH aka A TOTAL SCAM!

*** UPDATE DEC 2022: Full refund was received via dispute via PayPal Credit Card. STILL STIFFED $39 for return shipping RETURNS SHOULD BE FREE IF THERE IS ANY SHIPPING ERROR!***

Need to improve Customer Service response

I'm having the same experience as apparently every other real person who has left reviews...ordered 3 weeks ago, still says processing, no response from their customer service.

EDIT - Update to my original review...I did finally get the jacket, and the workmanship is excellent. I find it very comfortable and the many pockets quite useful. I used it as my thermal layer for snowboarding and was plenty warm.

The company does need to SERIOUSLY improve their customer service response. I didn't receive the product until several weeks after ordered, and did not receive any response from customer service after mutiple attempts to status the order.

Aside from that, it is a great jacket for the price.

Do not buy from them!!!

Do not buy from them, they are scamming people on a large scale and I was sadly caught up in this scam.

I made an order more than a month ago, I wasn´t notified of anything, then I demand a refund after a month and the day after they send an email that the item has been sent, but that delivery can be several weeks. I do not think I will ever receive the hoodies, and I don´t even want them, since according to reviews they are apparently of extremely low quality.

NOT IMPRESSED & SO DISAPPOINTED

I purchased 3 of the Baerskin Tactical Hoodies as Christmas presents. It took forever to get them and when I received them I was not impressed at all with the quality of the product for the price. I wrote an email to Trueswat on the day I received the product (Nov.7) requesting return information. It has now been 8 days and two follow-up emails and still no reply from Trueswat about how to return the product. I wish now that I had checked Trustpilot before ordering from this company. Obviously I'm not the first customer to have been ripped off!! I've lost over $300.00!!! Just received an email (Nov.16th) saying I still have a product in my cart and if I proceed, I will get 10% off. Obviously, the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing!! Just received another email offering 10% off!! (Nov.16th) So frustrating!! Finally heard from this company today (Nov.29) with return address and told I would have to pay for the return shipping. Advised them that I had given up ever hearing from them and gave them away to the needy.

Do not buy from TrueSwat

Absolute disgrace, ordered a hoody nearly a month ago. Didn't tell me it was out of stock in that colour at point of sale, didn't say anything until I contacted them nearly a month later. They sent me about 2 emails a day on average trying to sell other stuff but didn't think to send anything to say the item I ordered was out of stock. I would not buy anything from this company.

Fraudulent site

Ordered 2 hoodies on 10/22. It’s 11/12. No product and no updates. I have emailed them over 10 times. No responses and no updates. This appears to be an online scam. Some reviews say they actually got a product. Seems surprising considering so many people have gotten nothing no product no update and no response from service. Monday morning I am reporting them as fraudulent to my credit card and getting a refund. Buyer beware.

This place is a joke I do not see how…

This place is a joke I do not see how they are even still in business. Said it shipped on 10-18, now it is saying it has arrived 2022-10-27 21:18:00 Arrived Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item LOS ANGELES CA 90003. And it has not moved since. Today's date is 11-7. I have received emails from them after I have complained about tge slow process only to get the standard we are sorry it is taking so long. Come on guys really, it's been almost a month and nothing. Now after reading these reviews I'm afraid it's going to be absolute junk.

Delivered with much delay

This is my update on the product review posted earlier
The site improved the communication and sent shipping tracking updates
The product is shipped from China, thus taking a lot longer than10-14 days
I purchase sweater on October 18 th
Meant for my son so I am yet to find if the hoodie is as good as they say it is.
Interestingly enough I order it to be his birthday present and expected to be earlier present. But it came a day before his birthday
May be silver lining after all at least for me

Two weeks after ordering the tactical…

Two weeks after ordering the tactical hoodie (I should have received it by then, based on their own website, 14 days), there was no communication.

The first email went unanswered, and the second one quite frankly said that they have no idea why it hasn't shipped.. Then I disputed the order via the credit card company, and magically, the hoodie somehow shipped (assuming the shipping notice is legit, which I highly doubt).

I fully expect the quality of the product to be junk, if it ever arrives.

Please do NOT give these scam artists your business.

The saga finally ends. The hoodie finally arrived a couple of days ago. Quality-wise, it's OK...definitely not worth $ 100, let alone the original from which they claimed to have taken 60% off.

I cancelled the credit card dispute - it's only fair. Also, to be fair with the company, I got a nice email from Mila, who apologized for everything and gave me another 40% off. This is the kind of customer service that should be the norm, but I will certainly think twice before ordering anything that will be shipped from overseas - especially China.

Never buy from this company again

I had place an order with this company on 18 October. Now it’s 1 November, I have heard nothing from them even after 2 emails. You would think they would answer my email out of courtesy. I am starting to doubt I would get my order. Never buy from this company again.

Definitely not worth £80

Definitely not worth anywhere near the £80 I paid for the tactical hoodie. It's just a fleece hoodie with pockets. My main zip needed some vaseline to get it working smoothly, there's shoddy stitching, I had to trim off some excess material on the inside of each arm where the zip pockets are. The overall quality of the material isn't what I was expecting at all, the hood peak has no rigidity. I was expecting the hoodie to be heavier/denser giving it a quality feel, but it's not. The advert really lures you in to it being premium top quality. Overall very disappointed

Don’t Buy From This Company

I ordered the hoodie which was well discounted. It is misshapen, too large in the chest and arms area. It looks nothing like the well tailored jacket in the picture. I am very disappointed in the product and if I had paid the full price, £199.!!!! I would have been fuming. It will be relagated to gardening and cleaning the car. Don’t buy from this company. Very poor quality.

I have not received the product after…

I have not received the product after two weeks yet have been billed. I have asked for a tracking number twice now but have as yet received no response from support email but the ads to buy more seem to flow constantly.

Not worth the money

Just order the tactical hoodie from this site, very disappointed. They talk it up and the video advertisement looks amazing but the actual product was NOT. It's a fleece hoodie with extra pockets, absolutely nothing else special about it, nothing. Took two weeks to get here and returns are not "easy", every link leads to another link which will supposedly take you to the "easy process" for returns.
