Absolute scam - DON'T get fooled by the positive reviews (which they are obtaining by promising refunds of the fraudulent charges)
Absolute scam
Got redirected to their website via a totally unrelated fake web page (the already populat "selling suitcases" scam on facebook) and they tried to lock me into a recurring subscription for an inexistent service. I only got out of if through chargeback with my bank
Furthermore, they are trying to buy themselves good reviews here by tricking people that they'll refund the lost money if they modify their negative reviews on TrustPilot. I am in the privileged position not to have lost a lot of money, but I know there are people who did, so take the positive reviews with a grain of salt

A "beautiful" experience with trueplay
Edit: they did refund me one of the charges back,and the support has been lovely.
They did charge me twice for a service I never used. I remember accidentally signing into their website trough a well done scam in October,and nothing happened at first. Then 2 months later,in December,they just so decided to up my prescription and charged me for it. Of course I complained and I didn't get much help apart from an email saying they won't do it again. Come in January,they sure did it again. Got charged for the service again,and I complained one more time. This time they made sure my account is deleted,and changes would happen on the next time the service was supposed to charge. I was still charged after getting my account deleted(like a cancellation fee etc.) They did refund me this time,but I wasn't refunded the 2 charges before.
I am writing this review as a follow-up to their email saying to rate 3-5 stars,and that they'd give me a refund. I highly doubt that,but hey,no harm no foul to do anyway and share my experience

Lying scamming company
Lying scamming company, they have assured me 3 times no more money will be taken and full refund has been issued yet they keep taking money and no refunds at all. They even forced me to leave a fake review last time then they would process my refund. They have taken more money today and I still don't even know what the company even offeres

I cancelled straight away, got email back saying they will, only to find they collected more money from my account for a other subscription.
I was contacted again to ask for more details, on 11 June 2024, I'm not willing to give any more details as they tried on number of times to with draw money from my account even tho I've cancelled on first day
