Diamond Ring Purchase
I purchased a diamond ring and I'm disputing a overcharge of $153.32. I was not given the option to pay in Euros or US$. They brought me the receipt but I didn't notice they used the exchange rate of US$ to Euros. The price of the ring was Euros. Gassan used the exchange rate of US$ to Euros. I can't get them to understand they used the wrong exchange rate. Therefore, I can't get a refund because I signed the receipt.
Buyer Beware - you too might be scammed.

I bought a beautiful male watch from Gassan Eindhoven as I previously ordered the specific model via email. As I was there only for a few days, everything on their side was just waiting for me, and I can readily say that the Eindhoven team are great professionals. House of Gassan is a magical place. I visited it a few times and am always greeted very kind and warm by the people. The Rolex sales team is second to none. Extremely Disappointing Experience with Gassan Diamonds
I ordered a white gold bracelet as a birthday gift for my friend. The website clearly stated that it was in stock, so I expected a smooth purchase. To be sure, I even called their customer service to confirm if I would receive it on time.
Instead of a clear answer, they tried to fool me, claiming that I had ordered yellow gold—which was absolutely not true. It seems like the white gold version was actually out of stock, but instead of admitting their mistake, they attempted to make me look like the one who was wrong. They even insisted on sending me the yellow gold version instead!
After some back and forth, they finally admitted that it was a mistake on their website. In the end, I had to cancel my order, and thanks to their incompetence, I now have no gift for my friend's birthday.
Unacceptable service. I will never order from them again.

Amazing first Rolex experience in Amsterdam.
I bought my first Rolex at GASSAN in Amsterdam in March of 2024, and the experience with both Nathan in their pre-owned boutique and Dimitri in their Rolex New Boutique was amazing. Both of them made myself and my guests feel very welcome, they both knew their watches, and there was none of that snobby watch store vibes that are sadly all too common in this hobby. I'm super happy with my new Explorer, and would happily recommend anyone to buy a watch from either of these gents.
