Claudine delt with arranging my will at the company "Trent Wills & Estates".

At the time I wasn't able to travel to their offices so a video call was arranged instead. It was so easy to do, although Claudine was there on hand just in case I had any problems with connecting onto the call. I was asked all the necessary questions as well as some I had not thought of! I felt once all the final details had been agreed, that the whole process had been dealt with so professionally, with detail, care and thought and much more so than with wills I'd previously made through solicitors, that I have decided to use Trent Wills and Claudine to arrange my power of attorney as well and I look forward to using there first class service again.

We quickly got an appointment to update our wills and were met by Claudine. She took us through the process and listened to our wishes and the differences to our previous wills. We were then told a draft of the new ones would be emailed to us within a week. A few days later they were and after reading them through made a further appointment to get them signed. This was also quick and in a couple of weeks our updated wills were delivered to us with the originals kept in storage.
The whole process was friendly efficient and easy.
It is also important that the cost is very competitive and published on their website so costing is clear before you start.
