If you have looked through Clare's reviews you'll notice how good they all are. There is a reason for that and it's not an easy thing to be so consistent.
We found Clare to be friendly open and very easy to talk to. She is also a very good listner and will let you say what's on your mind without interuption then offer a solution. The advise given and the reasons why were clear and made easy to understand.
In our case we had a few tricky unrelated to us questions and Clare has gone out of her way to try and find answers showing a genuine interest in her work.
