We recently worked with Michael Bourke at Roger Brooker & Co Solicitors for both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new one, and we couldn’t have been in better hands.

Michael was calm, professional, and exceptionally thorough throughout the entire process. As anyone who has been through a property transaction knows, complications and delays are almost inevitable - but Michael handled everything with clear communication, sound judgement, and reassuring efficiency.

I have just completed on a sale and purchase of property. This was the first time I have used the firm Roger Brooker but the third time using Michael Bourke.
Due to the excellent service previously provided by Michael Bourke (albeit when he was with a different firm of solicitors) I was very keen for him to do the conveyancing again for me.

Michael Bourke is my go to conveyancing solicitor and I would never use anybody else. All of the local Estate Agents recommend him, which is how I first became aware of him. My last sale / purchase was quite complicated and Michael was the one person I could rely on from start to finish to keep things moving. He was excellent throughout. He is an expert in the law / conveyancing, pragmatic, professional and caring and always goes the extra mile. His communication is excellent. Every email or query replied to speedily. He kept on top of things and almost acted as a Project Manager when others were delaying. He also has a good sense of humour, which is helpful when things get stressful! He kept totally on top of the matter and is a pleasure to deal with. Happy to recommend him and Roger Brooker to anybody.
