Had a problem with our system overnight. Called Trebles this morning and was quickly able to get technical support. Turned out we need an engineer who turned up a couple of hours later and soon fixed the problem and got us back up and running. What a great service, if only all companies were like this.

I contacted the company for assistance on a valve I was needing. While they wasn't successful to supply, they were extremely helpful and informative. Alex Grundy was welcoming and couldn't do more for me. We also had a lovely chat about golf and how he is trying to improve his game, making the experience even more personal. Would recommend.

we had a warranty issue with some parts, although the manufacture was slow, Regena kept us well informed and the issue has now been solved!
