Always extremely helpful when there is an issue

The MageWorx team were quick to respond and open to troubleshooting my issues WITHOUT admin/ssh. In my experience with other vendors, it's almost impossible for support to provide feedback without access. Response time was quick -- happy I chose them for our advanced product options need.

We contacted MageWorx regarding a complex issue with MSI stock logic and the SeoMarkup extension. The support team provided a detailed technical analysis of the plugin execution chain, which helped us identify a specific conflict within our own custom configuration.

Super fast service! There were 2 incompabilities with our Magento 2 setup and one of their extensions.

I work as a developer in a company, and I always know: if I need complex configuration settings — I’ll use this app. It even has features I thought didn’t exist; I once asked support to add them, and it turned out they were already there. That was such a relief because it helped me solve my task quickly.

I especially want to highlight how kind and attentive the support managers are — they’re always ready to dive into your issue and even customize something just for you.

As a developer, I deal with many support teams, and not all of them are as smart and understanding. Sometimes it’s really hard to explain what you need, but with this team, I always know they’ll get me right and help me out.

I use Shopify UpCharge Fees from Mageworx because it offers flexibility amidst regulatory uncertainty regarding tariff implementation. Unfortunately, our Shopify theme was obsolete, and adding plugins wasn't easy. However, their developer support was excellent, and this was quickly resolved!

i'm store owner learning/using APO Variant app as workaround for shopify 100 variant product limit. i'm not strong tech person, but so far app has been intuitive for me re configuring option sets, values, bulk edits, swatches/front end display, etc. when i do get stuck, Helpdesk has been FANTASTIC - get back to me right away, inc screenshot/videos if i need them. cloning products does clutter admin, however it's still better option for me vs paying $2000/mo for plus upgrade), highly recommend for shopify 100 variant limit. This app is amazing. It does everything you need. I had a slight problem with adding different quantities to the cart but contacted support and Polina sorted everything out for me. Great customer support and a great app overall. I do recommend.
