Raymond Gunn Good service
Raymond,was brilliant. He gave us a quote for 2 different dates as requested. We travelling around xmas time, hence, it was a bit difficult decide as we are family of 4 but Raymond helped us as we requested. Brillliant service, very polite. We were having problems with our connection but Raymond he will ring back. Within 5 mins the telephne was clear & everything was sorted out. Best Service i have had in a long time.

I initially made contact via Travel…
I initially made contact via Travel Centre website. A lady called Rachel Gomez called me back. She listened to my requirements and went way and sent me a quote/pricing by email. This was great. I passed information on to my fellow travellers. This is where my problems started. My group were a nightmare to please. I was constantly going back and forth to Rachel changing the itinerary. She was amazing, taking everything in her stride. Offering different suggestions every time, but to no avail! The group wasn't getting back in time. Even though, I sent text messages and called.
32 emails and numerous calls later between myself and Rachel, I decided to cancel. By this time, the prices had increased. This was too much like hard work.
Feeling despondent, frustrated and vowing never to lead/plan a holiday for more than 2 again. I felt awful telling Rachel my decision. After all her hardwork. She had found airlines tickets, hotels all transfers and excursions. Then changing dates and flights for 2 countries. As far as I was concerned, she went above and beyond her role to accommodate us all.
She never once made me feel like this was just another sale or a transaction. She came back to me a few more times with different prices and dates which, finally the group agreed on one! We are now booked and I'm really looking forward to this once in a lifetime holiday!

Oscar Hunter - Travel consultant god!
Despite leaving our family holiday booking very much to the last minute (just 2 weeks), Oscar H at Travel Center took everything in his stride. He was polite, efficient and exceptionally responsive (at one point I honestly thought I might be dealing with a chatbot - his responses were so swift!). He found us a great deal, put a lot of effort in to producing a detailed itinerary, then we changed our minds to a completely different country and he didn't even miss a beat. On to the next search and he found us something we were even happier with. Could easily have been a stressful situation with last minute flights / hotels being snapped up fast, but he dodged all that for us. Can't thank Oscar and Travel Center enough. Definitely recommend and will be saving his details for the next holiday (although note to self - book holiday earlier next time! For all our sakes).

So far so great. We have just booked a multi centre holiday with Travel Centre and our experience to date has been first class. We made an enquiry, which was dealt with by Raymond Gunn. Raymond was brilliant from the outset, listening to our requirements and preparing a detailed initial itinerary to give an idea on what we could achieve and how much it would cost. Although the initial itinerary was very comprehensive we wanted to make some subtle tweaks. Raymond worked with us to make sure we achieved our dream trip and at a great price. From our initial holiday enquiry and right through the booking process our travel consultant Leah Fraser was absolutely brilliant. Leah was on the ball throughout.
Our holiday was a “bucket list” trip to Canada (Banff and Vancouver) including the Rocky Mountaineer, then onwards to Alaska with a cruise on the inside passage and then onto LA California. Leah re-arranged our package to include our additional week in LA and jiggled flights to accommodate our changes. Travel Centre kept us updated with all the necessary confirmation paperwork and everything worked out perfectly. They were so efficient right from the start, I would highly recommend them based on our experience, thank you.
