Ritika was so helpful and just so lovely. I was having trouble trying to complete my form. Ritika was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me.

IThis morning I spoke to Judy regarding my issue to access to my tpt account, she was so kind and she clearly spoke to me easy language. She tried to help but I could not do what she told me to do.

The operator's communication was exceptionally clear and concise, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of my inquiries. This significantly contributed to a highly satisfactory experience.

All the staff on the phones are generally pretty good, my only criticism from my own personal experience was the length of time it took to actually receive my money, uploaded documents with the aid of one of the customer service assistants, but then they disappeared into the ether. Had to then send by signed for post, the whole process took several weeks, whereas NEST took 5 working days and all received.
